But you can tell through passport and computer data when someone was in a different country at a certain time. So there is no proof that Steven Beale would of gone from New Zealand to England two years ago if he wants his lie to seem true.

If Steven was in the UK at the time its perfectly possible this is what might happen. Last night they made it clear Bobby has no idea how her body ended up on the common. The story is so farcical now I wouldn't be surprised if this is why Steven's back.

If Steven had been in the UK at the time then he'd have been a prime suspect after his history with Lucy and would already have been investigated.

The clips I've watched of him (I wasn't watching EE when he was in it) he seems to be more in denial than anything. The stuff I saw with him and Stacey, which is the relationship people commonly cite when they say he was bi, seemed to be him very much over-compensating, trying to prove to Ian he's straight, and Christian looking on disapprovingly in a "who is he trying to kid?" sort of way. But admittedly I haven't seen everything with Steven so there could be more to it.
Highly doubt it. The writers seem to be rushing this story now so they'll want to bring it to a close as soon as Max comes back. To do that they'll somehow find a way to punish Jane and Ian and all will be well.
I don't think Steven would know in enough detail of what happened to explain how he moved the body and I can't see Ian agreeing, he looks done in with all the lying.
That wouldn't make any sense, I would think he be more angry at them all for covering despite his own past indiscretions of attempted murder, Lucy was he sister and he has no loyalty to Jane or Bobby.
Would not even sure if Lauren/Peter have told him it was Bobby.

Peter wasn't up for covering for Bobby, but agreed not to say anything because his dad asked him not to. So yes, he probably blames most of it on Jane, because she's the one that turned it into a circus.
