The play starts on Tuesday but has barely sold out. There are loads of seats left.

I think its the way forward, if these youngsters are only going to stick around two years then more re-casts need to happen

I see your point but I think that it's a bit early to be thinking about recasting Nancy. Maddy hasn't even left for 6 months yet. The idea of being a jobbing acting is still fresh, but if she doesn't get a lot of work, she might want to return in the near future. I understand that as a young person, you want to explore different opportunities, but I wished that they were more committed to soaps. How many soap actors go on to have a massively successful career, after leaving? I'm not saying that they shouldn't try different things.


It is a shame that it hasn't sold out. Maybe they haven't promoted it enough. I'm going next Saturday.
