The speech is not not synchronising with the lip movements
This is in recorded episodes, and it is only in Neighbours

Might be your TV?

Mine does that when I record and fast forward, I go back, click on it, then click resume.

It doesn't happen with any other recorded programme though

Sometimes there is a time delay.

Strange how it's only neighbours, every episode this week, and it's never happened before
