And it's all thanks to the Platts!

Oh man I can't wait til tomorrow night!! It's clear they saved the best story til last!

Not really keen on Carla but I wanted to see her run Tracy over, can't stand Tracy

Surely Cathys not dead?

So glad tomorrow night is gonna be all about the Platts! Especially Kylie

Up til tonight this "big week" was a load of shit. NEVER make Tracy centre stage again!!

Am I the only one who thinks Callum escaped the drain, got conned by that bloke who was after him, then in revenge killed him? So the bloke with Callum's credit card is not Callum?

For me the highlight of the whole week has been Jenny. Bloody brilliant character.

She's brilliant isn't she? Loved it when she was tormenting Tracy in the factory.

The last 10 minutes were great. The rest involving Tracey Carla etc was rubbish.

It only kicked off in the last five minutes lol, the rest was piss poor. Point of finally getting interesting on episode 4 of 5 ? (No ep Friday)

It only took to the last 5 minutes of the episode. I wasnt expecting any of that to happen and it was a great stunt with twists and turns. But I dont know if it can make up for the rest of the episode and certainly not for the quality of the program overall.

The thing I'm most surprise about is that we hadn't been told every detail of what was going to happen in some magazine! I wonder if KO had anything to do with that decision, seeing as she never revealed anything on ED?

No, because her work isn't going to be on screen until the Autumn.

Last years BGT week also featured a lot of stuff that wasn't revealed in magazines to be fair

Great twist - who knew that Corrie had it in them?

Hope Cathy is dead.

So it looks like Callum is definitely dead. It's time for me to eat my hat and apologise to those who said I wouldn't (that's you Janet43). I'll post an apology thread when it's definitely confirmed that Callum is down the hole.

You're right. I think that Maddie's death was a complete shock, if I remember rightly?

Loved tonight's ep, so tense! It's just a shame it was down to Fizz and Tyrone to expose Callums body! :-|
Also, I wish they'd killed Carla off in the car crash, would rather that than just see her leave for LA.

I think we may get the "Live Episode Curse" again tomorrow- some great scenes with Jack, Paula and Tina and some good drama over the Callum discovery but tinged with the fact that those three characters are tarnished long term with covering up the murder.

Think many had a idea that Maddies time was up, and it coming a few days, after her agreeing to move onto the next stage with Sophie

Yes, it was brilliant! I really enjoyed Corrie that week, but it didn't get that much love on this forum.

It's a bitter pill to swallow. A couple of good episodes are not worth tarnishing three important characters for the rest of their lives.

Her own work isn't, but surely as the new producer, she would have had a hand with proceedings for a while, been allowed to make some suggestions, altered a few things to get a feel for the show? The new producer at ED has been putting his own input into her stories, so she could have been doing the same.

Been a long time since Corrie had top trend on twitter. See what happens when they don't release every single detail. Shame it has been such a slow build up.

Tracy escapes again

I think Jenny and David are totally reliable to save the show.

Must admit though - I was shocked when Kathy got run over tonight. The second of of tonight's episode was brilliant. Can't wait for Carla to leave.

Can't have a man hitting a woman.

What would have worked would have been Carla's bessie mate Michelle giving Tracy a bunch of fives.
