Firstly, why has alot of this week's drama been taken up by Fizz finding the right dress for her boss's wedding, what was that phone call Tyrone made. Whys she taking a picture to show the girls?

Completely agree. They were out buying a dress for wedding that was happening whilst they were still in the shop. I hope there's a pay off, because it all seems terribly random - if they needed extra cutaways I'd rather have seen Rita having a go at Norris! (It's been a while, I'm sure he's done something to warrant a telling off!)

It was about having Tyrone and Fiz in the pick up truck thing so that they could crash into the platts

but I think also as an undercurrent to treat fiz and show that they are coming out the other side of the debt

As a REDHEAD myself I would not have chosen a dress in that colour !! The whole scene was cr ap. I thought they were going to kill one of them off, what with the photo and all.

I'm still scratching my head over this one... The vows are already over, you've missed the toasts and surely you'd just nip to a normal shop in town for a dress. None of this faffing taking photos with a staff member fussing over you to get a sale...

PS: did she honestly get into Tyrone's manky truck wearing the dress?? You know, what with oil/grease/motors being the cause of her dress hunt in the first place??

Was the shop called 'Tents R Us' by any chance?

Wasn't the wedding on a Sunday, and therefore shops would be closed (it was dark by the end, which makes it gone 9 o'clock), maybe Ty knows someone and called them to have a private viewing (unlikely, but only thing i can think of).

As said, the whole point was to get them driving the truck, so they could crash it into the Platts.

In addition to having them in the truck it appeared that because Ty had been on his feet all day he took his shoe off at the junction and I think the shoe in the foot well was the reason he couldn't push the brake .... so boringly contrived I imagine now they will be in further debt as insurance won't cover him as he was missing a shoe woeful story line

The timing was all bonkers. They seemingly took about six hours to buy a dress and simultaneously Carluh sat around at the wedding venue apparently waiting for them to come back so she could time the car crash around their return

Why not just have it happen much earlier?

Shambles and filler, that is all.

At least if the wedding had gone OK those two slobs wouldn't have been in the pictures and ruined them.
