He hasn't even seen an upcoming script. He is just anticipating what may happen in the future.

How do you know he hasn't seen his upcoming scripts yet?

How far in advance do they usually film EastEnders? I thought it was two or three months? Does that mean there going to string the absurd Bobby Beale plot out for at least another 2-3 months? I dread to think what 'creativity' the writers are come up with next to not send Bobby to prison and release Max.

Max could make a sooner than expected return.

Jake Wood said in one of his interviews he doesn't return to filming till Sept so the earliest would be late October/November, however it's very possible they could get him to return earlier or do some guest scenes till his full return.

Must be a reason why the story is being brought forward sooner then expected.

It is filmed six to eight weeks ahead (they usually film the outside bits about 2 weeks before the inside bits). The scripts are written abut 4 months ahead, and the general storylines are planned anything up to 2 years in advance.

Firstly, Max was also sentenced to 12 months for the separate offence of escaping police custody. He has to serve that, come what may.

I reckon Max is let out and maybe Jake will film a few scenes of him being released. Then Max goes away for a few months and returns properly in the autumn.

But even if he had to serve the 12 months he would probably still be released early for good behaviour. And considering that he was only in the dock in thir first place because the police got it wrong I would think the justice system wouldn't actually look to enforce the full 12 months in any case. They are going to be sued by Max big time.

I said before that I think Max will get released and just disappear for a few months. Lauren and Jack will probably go to pick him up from his hearing but something will happen en route and they'll get delayed. By the time they get there the hearing is over, and max's solicitor (hopefully Marcus Christie) tells them Max has gone.

He also assaulted a police officer as well didn't he?

Yes, the police got it wrong, but he still committed an offence in escaping from lawful custody.
