Firstly they shouldn't have put him through. Clearly not good enough and denied a better act.

Secondly I don't think they should have buzzers at this stage. It's a public vote so the public should get to see all the act in my view.

Though to be fair they ripped apart the song rather than Charlie himself and, from what I can remember, they had a point.
