ok.... he is PERFECT for eurovision! he can sing pretty good, he is the type of act that would appeal to a wide audience, hows about a campaign to promote him for next years contest?

Despite the ridiculous look, he's actually got a pretty good voice! Though BGT's probably not the ideal platform for him; I agree Eurovision is a good shout. Somebody should contact the powers that be

couldn't hurt i suppose. if we send a 'serious' act we get nowhere so why not try a novelty act who can actually sing as well ?

I've just tweeted the suggestion to him, and he has already liked and retweeted it. The 2017 campaign starts here

I felt sorry for Danny last night - if he was given a decent song with nice staging rather than the absolute abomination he was fobbed off with last night, he would have stood a real chance in last nights show.

And here's me thinking he is an attention seeking talentless idiot

I'd rather the BBC continued to try to take the competition more seriously. Sending in Danny would be a massive step backwards.

We've "taken it seriously" for what ? Twenty Years ?. Thirty ?

How much longer do we do that before we realise we've got a hope in hell of actually winning it and just sending a good, fun entry ?

You do realise that Eurovision is deliberately awful right? I think we should join in and send an obviously horrendous act as opposed to an act that is awful but is masquerading as something to be taken seriously.

His crying yesterday was embarrassing. If a kid done that you would all be ripping them apart and using the usual cliches.

Obligatory over sensitive camp act out the way. Doesn't like the comments turns on the water works that always brings in the votes right? No wonder David liked him

agree and my guess it cost him some votes. An Act like that just take the night for what it is. win or lose its going to raise his profile and get some gigs in
acting like its the biggest travesty someone dared criticise him was just

I Think he would be a middle of the road kind of passable Eurovision contestant
