I have a jar of Artichoke Quarters in Olive Oil. I also have some pasta.
What could I add to them to make a decent meal ?

I recommend ditching the pasta and just enjoyed the artichoke hearts. They're delicious!

Yes that one is good.
I also toss in some capers, green or black olives and some tuna and lots of parsley, no thyme. Then you can use a chunkier pasta shape.
