Becky, felt more genuine to me. Carla and Roy felt contrived especially in the beginning once Hayley passed.

I don't remember any Becky and Carla scenes offhand.

I agree with you. If anything, the Carla and Roy friendship was developed simply because the Becky/Croppers friendship had worked so well.

Becky for me, even though I spent 80% of the time she was on screen wanting to throttle her, she worked well with the Croppers!!

I'd have to say Becky. Both brill though. Shame she never had any real scenes with Carla minus the getting a few factory shifts around 2007.
