I am starting to look back as much as forwards these days and I am so into The Cars right now its ridiculous. I heard them the wrong way as 'Drive' was the first song I heard of theirs but now I play them so much they were amazing.

Spooky I just listened to 'Ferment' last week as I bought it of eBay as none of those songs are available on streaming or iTunes.

I just checked Spotify and you're right, although all the other albums are there. I still think Ferment is their best album overall, although they all have several excellent songs included. I wasn't so keen on their forays into heavy metal, which I assume were an attempt to crack the American market.

Well I've fallen in love with U2 all over again lately. I've loved them since New Year's Day but I adore them more than ever today!

Another band/duo I've always loved and am really enjoying listening to again at the moment is Tears For Fears. So many fantastic songs. I also have a new found love for The Breeders.

I've recently rediscovered The Family Stand who do a nice mix of soul/funk/rock. Lovely.
