You could try being a little more original when trying to slag people off. 😂
You do realise that most of us wouldn't watch half of the tosh we do if we didn't have a DS thread to trash it in.

That wasn't so much an act to try and win BGT but more of an audition for the Royal Variety Show. Queenie would like it.

Is the fix already in with this running order?
I think so. Really unfair.

That was just completely unnecessary. He could have cut all the patriotism and performed a better trick. Le sigh.

Out of the singers, I'd like the 100 Voices to win.

I genuinely thought it was gonna be Paul Daniels
1918 was a giveaway.

No mention of Wipeout either.

**** off, Fergus.
What the hell did Fergus do wrong? I know there's some cynics around here but have a bit of respect for a war veteran.

They obviously don't want Richard to win. I think the show winners should be given, slots close to the end. By the end, he will be forgotten.
To be fair, the trick was fairly minor. As part of a string of tricks it would be a good one but it wasn't so it didn't work.

It was all about appealing to patriotism than appealing to the love of talent.

I read somewhere that it's the most disliked trailer ever on YouTube

He can't be a stage magician anyhow when he's full time in the army.

I thought that was where he was going until he mentioned he was born in 1918 as Paul was nowhere near that old

That was like when Hughie Green went bonkers on Opportunity Knocks and did "Stand up and be counted"...
Hughie Green? Now there's one for the teenagers!
