I'm thinking Queen played in my school before '73. But maybe i was dreaming ! ANyone know if they toured remote schools and colleges, my school was pretty remote up in north east england.. We had a rock concert there, I'm sure it was them on stage

Brian May said they did the college circuit in the early years. Queen were formed in 1971 but did not release their first album until late 1973.

They played Ewell Tech. (now NESCOT) in 1971 (supporting Genesis).
Loads of big bands of the day did. |

They certainly did
the documentary From Rags To Rhapsody should be on iPlayer now, and Brian May occasionally mentions touring schools and colleges. Some of the very earliest gigs are noted on the nearly-complete QueenConcerts.com, though not a lot is known about their early gigs, really. |

Yeah, unfortunately there's a lot missing there with regards to the pre-album shows... but I thought on the off-chance!
