Possibly Tumar KR werent wildcards because they had already gone home and there wasn't time/ it was too expensive to bring them back?

They also beat the ballet dancers on the wild card vote. I wonder why they didn't want them in the final?
Maybe because there was a lack of conventional dance acts in this year's final. Stupid though.

2 pet acts there was only one Pet act and that was Trip, and it was the viewers who put Trip through, not the judges.
Probably meant the word pet as in favourite.

Jules and matisse 23%

Collabro 27%

Attraction 27%

Pudsey 39%

Jai mcdowall 29%

Spellbound 37%

/diversity 24%

so yeah lowest winning % was this year......16.7% is a bit crap.
Just shows how open it was this year, most open final ever. The judges were actually correct this time, when they said it was hard to call. They often say that without really meaning it.

It's interesting that Ashleigh and Pudsey had the highest percentage and only them and Spellbound have ever got more than a third of the votes.

Something a bit fishy about this tumar kr business to me almost as if they were deliberately stopped getting to the final, I initially found it strange how all the judges voted for balance when the rest of the week they did everything in their power to take it to the end or send it back to the public, then on top of that they insisted on putting that crap ballet couple through surely knowing full well they were not popular or interesting enough

Something just doesn't stack up about it

I don't think a low winning percentage indicates quality. It just means it was a more open final.
Exactly...Not crap at all

Richard got the highest percentage and the biggest lead in the semis. It is VERY hard to win as a magic act, not just on BGT but on any talent show.

It is also nigh on impossible to win from the second slot and both he and Wayne managed that, but it does hammer your vote.

I can't help feeling Simon pushes the music acts like mad because he profits from sales. And with the Stars Wars thing this year there was some deal going on. That who they were was never revealed on the show is unprecedented.

What interested me most was the mother and son went from close second to very last in one performance. But I suppose they were all winners and someone had to.

I was really surprised to see Wayne and Boogie Storm in the top 3. I had never really seen them as competitors to win the show. I'd have thought that Jasmine and Beau would be in the top 3.

This is only the second year that there have been 12 acts in the final, so the voting percentages will be spread a bit further than when there were 10 or 11 acts in the final.

I doubt it. It would be highly irregular for the public to be allowed to spend money voting for them if they weren't available to appear in the final.

May be a low % but looking at Wikipedia. Never has anyone won when performing in the first half of the show.

Richard winning is a huge accomplishment.

Apart from Twist and Pulse polling 2nd when performing first, all winners and most runner ups were on 2nd half. I'm fact the majority in the last 3 acts.

4 in the 10 were pimp slotted.... Paul, Spellbound, Attraction and Matise.

Then everyone else was pretty much last 3 bar George rho went 4th last. So Richards is the most impressive by far.

Remember people being a little surprised Julian was 3rd in 09? Probably because he was pimp slotted behind Susan and Diversity. And they probably came top 3 because 16m people watched their performances!

Still won though as he got more than everyone else.
I doubt he's bothered after all he's got a Royal variety performance and £250k to occupy him.

Jasmine and Beau's vote was probably split between the two of them as they would have attracted similar fans. That's why they're lower than you'd expect each of them individually to be I think.

Using the same argue ant surely that makes diversity,s win Evan more special. Didn't they face another dance act in the final who i am sure finished in the top 5?

Yes, and there was speculation at the time that this was deliberately done to clear the path for a SuBo win. Of course, that didn't come off.
