Logopolis as a story but episode 10 of War Games as a single episode. Logopolis is my first Doctor Who memory (specifically the Tardis in a Tardis bit) so I've got a soft spot for it. The final episode of The War Games is iconic on every scale possible and Troughton is still the best actor to ever hold the role of the Doctor.
