I don't think Steven is confused. In fact he seemed pretty confident with who he is. He openly flirted with Johnny right in front of Lauren and Whitney. Both of them are so thick they just couldn't see it!

But this is a soap, and it's far more interesting to watch two opposites attract rather than, say, two sweet and innocent characters or two bad boys. I suspect Johnny Carter has always been destined to end up with a bad boy.


Absolutely. Although Lauren was just out of earshot when Steven really turned on the charm with Johnny, I suspect he'll continue to be fairly blatant with him. Steven knows exactly what he wants, by the looks of things.

I actually don't mind the Steven/Lauren pairing and Steven being bi. If they wanted Steven/Johnny they should have had Steven and Lauren as best friends but I prefer Ben/Paul over Steven/Johnny - much better chemistry.
