Hope you are keeping cool. I'm in the Ibiza crew seeing as I'm off on my holidays tomorrow evening. Majorca for 2 weeks. Hopefully this stinking cough and runny nose will be better by tomorrow. There's nothing worse than feeling unwell when it's hot!

Thanks all for the fab poetry and accompanying Jaypics last night. They were wonderful. I wanted to try one myself but was feeling rubbish. Really enjoyed a trip down the rabbit hole thanks to Lola this morning. I just love the way J moves...

I'm hoping I'll be able to lurk whilst I'm away, otherwise I'll have lots to catch up on and will probably miss some really important Jay news.😬 I'm going to have to keep it on the down low as I don't think the OH will be impressed if I'm on my phone too much. I fully intend to do a nice bit of reading and write a couple of chapters of Falling Slowly though. Two of which I'm currently writing in tandem.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to post anything later today or tomorrow as I haven't started packing yet so I'll say bye now. Wishing you all health and sending you all hugs, whether you need them or not.

I started in new workplace last Monday and what did I see on our Notice Board on my first morning but and advertisement for "BIG the Musical" at the Bord Gais Theatre. No other show in Dublin advertised ...just BIG - Felt like a 'Good Luck' sign

Polly - you have to do better than I did with your detective work. The last time I was at the hairdressers the lady in the chair next to me was wearing "those" sparkly Converses from the Charleston. The person cutting her hair commented on them and she replied that she had bought them after seeing them on Strictly. I was dying to butt in on their conversation and ask her if she read this thread but was too much of a wuzz, and in my defence my head was covered in little bits of tinfoil so I wasn't looking my best
