38 degrees have been beating the drum about TTIP for well over a year, a subject that has only recently been picked up by mainstream media, much to their shame.
It's one of those apparently insignificant 'deals' that could actually change everything...including our NHS. It's been kept very low key by those involved.
Had a big day, I'm gong to bed because I feel I should...not tired.”
Speedy, Agrion One reason the TTIP negotiations were taking so long was that the EU was trying to put in protection for the NHS and other European health services from the USA health industry. Whether we'd be strong enough just on our own to do it, I don't know.
Anyway, back on topic - J is very interested in USA politics it seems. Don't think he's made many tweets about UK politics?
Suppose he could have American citizenship, it's possible to do so and keep your British citizenship. Mind you, many people who work in entertainment live and work in the USA without taking citizenship, so maybe not.
Wouldn't be surprised if he's not back here in the UK already - under the radar. Don't think he'll need much rehearsal if he kept up his fitness - more or less

I know we say he wasn't as fit before Strictly, but he couldn't have done that epic Jive - up on his toes, at speed - just a few weeks in if he'd been very unfit?
Though, I do remember his comment on Alan Carr - 'What was I thinking of?'
Don't blame him for having a long break - he's going to be working flat out from the end of August until at least the end of January - and maybe longer if
Big goes to the West End.
Then he'll need another break.
Bit ironic as
hannah says.
ETA - thank you for your list of the J and A 'dance' words or phrases
Ano which dance to choose if only one??
On the Tour I'll always remember J and A coming towards me doing the amazing kick ball changes in the Jive

Love the first Waltz where I first really appreciated the J and A partnership
But for my favourite - can't decide between last Red Paso (with Green music, thanks to Agrion?) and the Tango.
So
Beth, I agree with you
Isih, you do such a brilliant job,
thank you for the wonderful lists

and as
Whiffle says, the pie chart is epic
And you got it on page 200 so it'll be easy to find

Super!!
Fred the Real Dog says thank you for putting him on the chart.
Seconded for
Whiffle for job of upskilling the thread.

Think
DD has done some too?
Thanks to
DD for the brilliant job of collating the poems with the photos
thank you. I could easily access your alternative way of posting it.
Fatskia - super poem and so well expressed

It work so well.
Love the phrase 'princess hair'.
To second
Korky, Bravo!
OT does anyone else like the BBC's Olympic trailer with the synchronised diving alligators? Have been watching Tom Daley on TV, but will have to give up as falling asleep
