Yes, I would like to apply for the Jayjob of Personal Pizza Provider. As you know, pizzas are one of J's favourite foods and I like making them and so it seems logical for me to make them to his specification and feed them to him. His tweet this morning proves that he is in desperate need of nourishment -

Isih, I hope that you will allocate this position to me as soon as possible as he cannot begin to change his single status with a rumbling tum.

Please put me to the test
To fulfil J's request.
He's lying in his vest
And looking quite distressed
Cos he wants a pizzafest,
So at your behest
Please do make me blessed
And allow what I suggest
Then J can ingest
And afterwards digest
The pizza he loves best.
(And I am not obsessed.)

🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕
This one's a Korka! See what I did there!
I'm sure if J saw it he'd give you a pizza the action! 😂

But Korky, you are already the official Snack Provider and he is currently locked in Chez Korks sorting your electrics out so why exactly does he have a rumbly tummy? Have you not been providing suitable snacks to keep the rumbles at bay ... Hmm mm?

Makes me only half believe that he does lose his phones.........🎧📱.....
He did have a box full of dead ones when he was getting ready to move - but yes, one way of a) getting a bit of privacy and b) being a naughty boy

And Korky, a couple of words : nos lowen and maryhall1 (ok, that's four)
I will appoint you pizza provider on a temporary basis (just make sure always veggie) but if either of the current chefs raises any objection we may have to reconsider. The position may be made permanent if there are no complaints.

Lola - you have made a very good point. I await the reply before processing said application

I shall be posting the jobs fairly soon if anyone is feeling strong enough. There haven't been many additions to the Jayctionary, but I'll post that in full too, shortly. Speak up if you want something to be included

jnb - no words (((((((((((((((((((((())))))))))))))))))))))))))

He's playing up, Lola. I have provided many snacks but to no avail. He wants pizza and he wants it now and won't touch any other profferings. I think he may be assuming the character of young Josh in Big and is living the part à la Daniel Day Lewis. If I am appointed Personal Pizza Provider I would be able to give him what he wants 24 hours a day.

As to my electrics, yes, he has promised to don his rubber gloves and test the dipole antenna and work the hotstick just as soon as he has had his pizza. This is why my appointment is so urgent you see.

Thank you for allowing my post as a temporary one. I am just about to begin kneading J's dough. I am veggie too so all will be well on that score.

Ditto to Jnb.

BIB Wow. 11 jobs. Impressive. You'll have to make sure you hang on to them, though. I've only got 3 or 4, and I see Korks has muscled in on one of them. Not only that. She wrestled me to the floor, earlier in the year, and made off with my Rollocks' Polisher. What is she like?
I may have answered Rafferty in which case apologies but I am trying to catch up.

But yes we must all keep an eye on young Korky.
I am too old and frail to be wrestled to the floor unless.......💥
Oh my goodness come back down to earth. My imagination sometimes......

I inferred that he was just randomly rhyming, having picked up the idea from reading this thread, but you could always try applying formally.

No, authentic Haiku is 5:7:5 syllables. I think maybe he's not Josh; he's just a very naughty boy.

OK, Mary Poppins, the game's up

You don't have Jay to hand, you have imprisoned him somewhere just to keep him from Lola and hannah

All those keys you say you have - I bet you've forgotten which opens what!

)
Yes it was a good rant but it kinda got away with me and was sort of slightly OT.
Everything crossed for you and Becks on Monday Jnb. Xx

TOTALLY OT

Is it just me?

There appears to be a change in programming on BBC1 tonight in order to pay tribute to Mohammed Ali

Much as I respect the man and lament his passing, would it not be good manners on the Beeb's part to show the details of the change between other programmes?

And I would be much happier if it was the soap, Casualty (which I watch), which was ousted rather than our newly-returned Saturday night dose of multiple eye candy. They've not yet had the courtesy to say when it will be rescheduled for

Sorry, rant over

Blame the apero

He is still hard at it, embedding a cable at present. However, he has a window tomorrow morning from 6 till 10 when he will be able to do a couple of odd jobs for them before pizza for lunch Chéz Korks.

I have carefully labelled all the keys.

BIB - yes, I thought very unprofessional of him. He's now lined up for Kevin's tour, I believe .

Kevin has a tour? Jeremy is dancing on it?

I guess he will be dancing with Karen, but what about Kev now that Kellie is pregnant?

I hadn't heard about this tour, just Robin's one, and of course Brendan, Anton and Pasha usually tour, don't they?

Wait, whaaaat?

No Athos? No Aramis? Gutted.

To be honest, the BBC has always played fast and loose with scheduling of The Musketeers, so I can't say I'm surprised.

Oh well, it's last year's SCD for me tonight then.

OK, perhaps not a tour - I must have misread it

No Porthos, no d'Artagnon (came from Auch, the real one), no Mrs D'Artagnon, no Treville - and worst of all, what are we going to say to the jayalike's papa when he comes tomorrow!

When is episode 2 to be broadcast?

Instead of Bruce Willis? Can you tell me where you found this? Still panicking

According to our freesat (humax) it's still Musketeers and Casualty simultaneously at 8:30, with Casers showing rather than Muckets. So have they skipped Casualty like wot I asked?
