Just heard that my grandson got a high 2.1 for his degree in Commercial Music. For one module he got 82%, the highest ever given. As you can imagine we are all delighted for him as it opens up doors into the music business.

What a shock to see a picture of Ryan Thomas 's face on Jay's body whilst dancing the cha cha with Aliona.

That's brilliant news Gill! My son just took his Trinity Grade 8 Piano exam on Tuesday and found out today he got a Distinction. What's funny is, he came home after it saying :it's 50-50 whether I pass, Mum..."

Message received Thank you for always being so interested. I'm very gradually getting there - it doesn't help that I was so unfit before the op, as I was so limited in what I could do. To think I used to go to strenuous Zumba type classes three times a week for years! You'd never know it now....
Anyway have been working on the glutes but a bit distracted a) by current events and b) by visiting my 94 year old mum, who has a chest infection. She seems to be recovering, so fingers crossed on that front 💁
Will be going away for a few days shortly (mum permitting) so may be posting from sunny France soon
