He is isn't he?
![]() Thoughts discussion - maybe? What promotion for KD and Big would we like J to do, or think he should do? (Though we know that J will do what he thinks best and exactly what he wants to do anyway )And What Winner's Dance should J and A do on the Strictly Launch Show? And What would we like Aliona to do on Strictly? (Assuming it fits in with any plans A and V have )For me, It would be great for J to go on the One Show with his pal Anita. Is there an equivalent on Irish TV? And Suspect the 'general viewer' of Strictly would like J and A to do the Jive, but if not, I'd like J and A to dance the Final Paso or maybe the Tango on the Launch Show And It would be good if A did some choreography corner on ITT. I would have like J and A to record some teaching or demonstration of dances for ITT, but don't know if J will have the time, even if it is recorded well beforehand. |

Have finally sorted out laptop - found had "Ads by DNS Unlocker" adware which causes browser to go somewhat doolally with dodgy ads & links. Really annoyed with myself as I'm normally careful what I download. Must have had a dose of overclickitis So please be careful everyone ( & if the same should happen I've kept the info of how to remove it)ETA Hi Beth * waves* |

Wow, you lot have been creative over the last week. ![]() Love the Mafia Jive King pastiche, the murder mystery, the acrostic (added to the poetry collection, with other odes), the continuing saga of Falling Slowly (I think I know where that one's going to end up ) and Little Miss Ahouch's awesome debut as a reviewer ![]() Congrats to Gill and Pitstop on landmark family achievements in music ![]() For my tour homework, I created a word cloud on tagul.com. There is no equivalent to The One Show on Irish TV, Fred. But I suspect Jay and maybe one or two more cast members will appear onThe Late Late Show, a Friday night chat show on RTE 1, to promote the show, probably in November.
He's going to be very busy in November ![]() Thanks for all your amnesty links. ![]() One that seems to be missing is the first "Big Daddy Jay Dog" radio interview, which is here: https://soundcloud.com/rte2fm/jay-mc...ig-the-musical And just for Hannah, here's a digital art pic to match. ![]() After a week's hiatus to deal with real life, good and bad, I have to go and catch up on what you lot have been up to. ![]() I hope someone has been keeping Korky in check ![]() I'll leave you with this in the meantime. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/CkCawkeXIAAPSGr.jpg Untapped potential Each step hits another note The future is bright BIB is that the show that Boyzone were on VERY VERY early in their career. I seem to remember a programme with very dodgy dancing by the boys. At least Jay would be a step ahead on that front💃💃 As for Korky, she has been quite a good kitty. Yeah really, honest ETA for me Chelsee outdid Natalie on personality and I really felt for her on that showdance |

Yeah really, honest ETA for me Chelsee outdid Natalie on personality and I really felt for her on that showdance ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1E2T_WbA9AM Yeah, I really loved Chelsee's quickstep too and I felt you were seeing the real Chelsee throughout. Natalie was a better dancer, but the impression I got was that everything on Strictly was a performance for her. That's why I find it hard to choose between them. Korky a good kitty, you say? ![]() Hmmm, she must have turned over a new leaf!

Unfortunately I don't have the time to watch the first week of Wimbledon this year, which is annoying. I do like looking out for well known people in the crowd.

I know I haven’t posted for a few days, ok I know you didn’t notice but anyway...I know this is completely OT but I just need to say that at the moment I am so sad, and bewildered and upset, I hate what has happened to our country. None of this was done in my name, I have been European all my life and so have my children and I intend to remain European. I have absolutely no intention of becoming a 1950’s caricature of a little Englander, I will fight with all my being to stop the hatred and intolerance that has been unleashed by the far right. Rant over...for now.
Thanks Janet for reminding me of 119 Reasons, it cheered me up a bit, it is one of my “go to” happy place videos, the other being - https://youtu.be/n6GQ6Nx9SvU just because...well, he is just so adorable in it. So trying to be positive I have tried to think of Fred’s questions. I don’t particularly like The One Show, I don’t like the format of deadly serious topic and then next sentence talking about a dancing frog. I suggest one of the cooking programmes, either Saturday Kitchen or Sunday Brunch, SB would be my preference. He has been on the show before so has met the presenters, there are a number of guests so not all one to one interview, he could do a bit of veggie cooking, I just think it would be easier for him as a programme as not totally focussed on him. I would imagine his management would try a variety of programmes to try and appeal to different demographics, daytime tv, something like Graham Norton or Jonathan Ross, maybe something on CBBC, Blue Peter. Launch dance - no contest for me - the Paso and danced just like the Red One, happy and showing the fudges exactly why people voted for them. A - probably only thing she could do would be choreography corner, I can’t in all honesty see what else there is available for her if she doesn’t want to dance as a professional. Back to lurkdom for now. |
