Return to devils end/the white witch of devils has turned in a big white elephant. Initially announced to be released in 2013 its been put back and put back time and again to the point i just don't care anymore. Not sure what the delay is or if its even got a release date anymore.

The Daemons is a favourite story of mine partly because it shows off everything good about the Pertwee/UNIT era, partly because it was filmed in & around the village of Aldbourne, Wiltshire, which is just a few miles down the road from me now as I type.

Perhaps the most legendary thing about it is the viewer who genuinely believed that the production team really did blow up the church and wrote in to the RT/Points of View or phoned up the Duty Office to complain!

Was in the same viewer who worked for London Underground and complained the Doctor Who team filmed The Web of Fear there without permission?

Caught up with this one when it was in the run of stories shown several times on the Horror Channel.

Between all the industrial labs and such, Pertwee's era did see some rather nice locations visited throughout the UK.
