I've got a bit of a stomach bug at the moment, so could do with eating something non-rich and a bit bland for dinner. What should I have?

Scrambled egg on toast always does it for me when I've got an upset stomach.

My GP always recommends just having toast when you're like that. Plus plenty of fluids.

A friend of mine is a fairly plain eater and she loves boiled courgettes. I can honestly think of nothing more bland, with the exception of water possibly

I agree simmer some chicken and courgette slices in dilute chicken stock and just drink that.

Frozen food and ready meals tend to be bland.

Frozen chips in a butty or with gravy.
Chips and chicken nuggets.

Ready meal spag bol like this

Also good because if you're not feeling great and can't be arsed to make anything they only take a minute or two in the microwave.
