Lesnar is exempt from WWE's Wellness Policy in the same way that HHH, Cena and Roman Reigns are.
Even if his UFC one turns out to be positive I'm sure Vince will find some way around it. |

He'd be pissing away millions of dollars, and that's clearly the only reason he's there. It's not like he needs a sporting advantage because he might get a title shot if he wins. |

Really enjoyed last night's NXT. Great show throughout, each match was entertaining for me. Tag match was my favourite. Loved the crowd for Nakamura's entrance and his match.
At least give Chad/Gable a decent run with the belts. |

20 years ago tonight, Kevin Nash turned up on WCW Monday Nitro as the second Outsider.
What a brilliant Summer 1996 was for WCW (and the nWo). |

WWE fired Billy Gunn instantly because he failed a real sport- weightlifting- drug test. While Lesnar would be a different situation, they couldn't do nothing.

NXT show was brilliant but it was feckin Bullshit they gave the straps back to BOOOOORING Revival.
At least give Chad/Gable a decent run with the belts. It wouldn't be a surprise to see Jordan and Gable as part of that. They've shown that they're more than ready to be on the main roster and would certainly contribute to WWE's Tag Division, and i'm assuming why their title reign was so short. They're not just talking about one or two call ups, there's a feeling NXT could be almost gutted of its current main roster for the brand split due to HHH making his "80 or 90 talents ready to appear on NXT" comment at the NXT call recently. |

There's strong rumours right now that WWE will be calling a lot of NXT Talent up to the main roster for the draft and subsequent brand split.

I dont know why but Jordan & Gable remind me of a younger version of Haas & Benjamin. Mind you Triple H tweeted a Pic of Ballor & Nakamura so whether those two will be facing off in a upcoming Takeover show Ive no idea. Many thought The End meant the end of NXT but they still are advertising shows. |

It wouldnt suprise me if NXT was just given the chop and they just moved everyone onto the main roster but the Revival just would get squashed on WWE TV. They arent as charasmatic as Enzo/Cass or The VaudeVillans.

Many thought The End meant the end of NXT but they still are advertising shows. The Revival are fantastic, arguably the best tag team around right now. Fair enough if their style doesn't click for you though. Also, 'The End' never meant the end of NXT, for some strange reason people clung onto that when it was clear it was named that in regards to Finn/Joe etc. NXT isn't going anywhere anytime soon. I think part of the problem is that they already have quite a big main roster so where do the NXT guys go? It will/should be eased with the brand split but there are way too many people being accepted into the company (IMO) that just don't have a chance to even make it up to NXT and work the live events, let alone get to television and eventually main roster, unless there is some growth with either a second show or a second hour which I don't want to see particularly.

MITB looks set to be a good one this year but my god do WWE really have to overhype this year's event by referring to it as the greatest MITB PPV ever? |

The final judgement in Hogan vs Gawker has resulted in a $140m settlement with 4.77% annual interest. Gawker have now filed for bankruptcy

Good for Hogan. If Gawker file for bankruptcy will Hogan get anywhere near the amount of money he is owed?

They are apparently in talks with a buyer for under $100m. Suppose it all depends on if they are in debt for the sale money to go to.

And a new owner has already been announced. Proceeds of the sale will go to fund a further appeal.

The Gawker thing is insane. They're basically being sued out of existence by a vindictive billionaire who can drown them in legal costs. Hogan is just a pawn here. They may be kinda scummy but the idea that rich guys can just shut down media organisations who publish things they don't like is not a good one at all.

I have to agree. Good for Hogan but i don't believe what Gawker did caused $140m in damage to Hogan's future earnings or a reputation damage. I've never visited Gawker to my knowledge so can't judge their work, but i think they (and sites like them) were wrong to do what they did but not $140m worth of wrong

****ed up royally by actually publishing the video though. Gawker could have said anything they liked about Thiel or Hogan and they couldn't do anything. Without the video
It's still a narrow judgment regarding freedom of speech- they just ruled it is an invasion of privacy to upload a sex tape to the internet without the consent of those in it. |

There is simply no defence for publishing something like they did, what public interest is there in doing so? None whatsoever, so I am glad that Hogan (with help) decided to bring this case, and even better win it so convincingly as he has now done so twice.
