He does own 39 million shares. If they're voting shares, they automatically get converted to non-voting shares.

Two tweets from James Caldwell of PWTorch:

WWE just released SEC filing on VKM's trust selling 1.547 million shares of WWE stock. Something's going down, not sure what.

SEC filing includes line that VKM "intends to continue in his capacity" as Chairman/CEO for "foreseeable future."
There is certainly a problem in that it's assumed the stock will collapse the day they announce Vince McMahon has retired due to ill health

There's certainly a fear amongst shareholders that WWE is screwed without Vince.

They would be right to be scared. I don't think anyone in their right mind would put any faith or trust in Stephanie McMahon or Paul Levesque to run things. Unfortunately I don't think either of them ever envision the day of Vince McMahon not being there, I don't think they'll know what to do.

As much as the WWE has changed their image in the last 9 years and they have done a good job of it, I think many older people still feel the WWE is Vince McMahon and without him it's not WWE. The WWE has lost millions of viewers in the past 15 years, if you found someone that used to watch WWE but doesn't anymore I bet you one of the names they will mention is Vince McMahon and all the things he used to do, same with Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair and Ultimate Warrior and Steve Austin and The Rock, Vince McMahon is a household name like they are and unfortunately the wrestling they remember from 15 years ago, 20,30 years ago no longer exists. It's just spot monkeys and regular looking people but for many that don't watch, that's the wrestling they remember.

I think they're right to panic. I've already said it here many times, the wrestling I knew no longer exists and it's not existed for many many years and I can't imagine what WWE would look like without Vince McMahon in charge.

I think saying something is going down is pure clickbait. There's nothing to suggest anything is going down other than Vince putting his business head on and selling stock when it's around the point of being at a two year high (figures from ESPN).

1.5 million shares sold is a drop in the ocean when you read he still owns 35.5m, 85% of voting shares and 46% of the company (I'm sure the McMahons together hold over 50% but not completely sure about that as I don't know their percentages).

HHH and Stephanie wouldn't really be running things anyway. HHH would be the Vince-like figurehead but there will be a team of corporate executives in place to keep things rolling.

Imagine the two jobs, corporate and creative, will be split between Steph and Hunter with Steph up on corporate and Hunter up on the creative side. They'll have a team around them but there has been stories for years about shareholders being worried about the day Vince leaves (or dies which I imagine is the likely situation).

They'll have a wealth of corporate experience at their disposal. I can see the reason for nervousness when the guy who has ran the place for 30+ years is finally no longer there but it's going to happen sooner rather than later.

If so she wouldn't be the first member of her family to do it one of her brothers is a addict and I think others have sampled it.

She is stupid though when she comes back her punishment should not be over at least 6 months to a year out of the title scene.

PWInsider reports they were filming Total Divas today, and as such she was probably told on camera. Happy Birthday Paige!

So when talking about the whole comunity you would sooner spend half a hour going through every sexuality.

It's easier just to say LGBT or LGBT+ LGBTQAP (And more letters) and more letters then have to go through every word.

No one can really know why Vince is doing it other than Vince. When you see how much Vince owns in shares and what his personal wealth is, it's sort of way over our heads anyway. None of us will ever know what it's like to have that kind of money and he's obviously thinking about the future generations of his family. It doesn't matter how much money you have or how big your home is or what you own because when you die you die, you can't take any of it with you so at least you know at his age, he's not doing it get richer, he's most likely doing it for his Grandchildren.

Why is it silly to use an abbreviation instead of spelling out all four words? That would be like me insisting on writing World Wrestling Entertainment every single time instead of WWE.

Like you don't use abbreviations every single day? WWE,WCW,NWO in this topic alone are ones you have more then likely used many many times.

When talking about the National Health Service do you use that or do you say NHS?

Do you have issues with all abbreviations or only just ones that are with regards to certain issues?
