Hmm I didn't think much of that Miz promo even though I think he's usually solid. When things become shouty, shouty I generally tune out so it probably wasn't my cup of tea. I was more worried about him popping a blood vessel.

Having said that I'm glad he torn DB a new one. That guy gets on my nerves these days.

Even though I'm not a fan of the Miz, he has always be reliable and solid in all areas.

Those new belts are ****ing lazy BS crap! How many belts are they going to make that just have different strap/plate colours.

Also they really should keep this SS entrance design as it looks really good.

Presumably we are going to have our 9th belt soon with the Crusierweight's coming to Raw, so I imagine that the design for that will be along the same lines to what we have got at the moment.

Universal and World title are the same but different colours.
Raw Women's and Smackdown Women's are the same design but different colours.

Same with the tag.

Only the IC, US and (soon to be introduced) cruiserweight titles are different.

I can imagine the Cruiserweight Championship to have the same design as the WWE title but have Cs on either side. And purple.

So reports saying they may want to go with a Lesnar/Shane feud...Surely they would not have Shane fight him as that would be pointless as he has been destroying everyone on the roster.

Although then I worry Shane we bring back his old friend Taker for a a Lesnar/Taker feud number 100

Pretty easy for those rumours to start based on the past few days but really hope they don't go down that route.
It'd be a waste of Brock's appearances and as much as I like Shane (despite him and Bryan appearing every 10 minutes on SD) there is no way he should be the one to beat Lesnar.
That said if they were to add a third, younger person into the mix who ordinarily wouldn't face Brock in a 1-on-1 match it might work better.

Wrestling is the easiest thing in the world to book if you know what you're doing but 3 hours of anything, it doesn't matter what it is, 3 hours of anything is just too much and if you start adding in pre shows and post shows it's really pushing people for their time. I know there are fans that do it, I know James Frederick here would do it cause he seems obsessed with it and there will be others like that where wrestling consumes their life, it's all they think about it but for most people getting through the main shows alone is a chore.

With the way both shows are just now, it should be easy enough to book them and give people a reason to watch. You've got less wrestlers on each show that should mean more time to get the audience to see them in a different light but yet they just fill time with more matches. The Eva Marie thing everyone talks about it is an example of good creative, the introductions, the entrance, that's an example of how they can be creative and that introduction alone can entertain people before she even gets in the ring and the next thing for me if i was there would be how do we do something similar in the ring. How do we give her a creative finishing move, how do we find a creative way for her to get out of matches and try and keep it going. It's little things people remember.

Anyone think Smackdown is fast becoming, if it is not already the number one show between it and Raw??

When was the last time we had a match on TV where someone interferred on the face side, beat the heel up and then draped the almost unconscious face's arm on the heel to count the 3?

The main problem with Summerslam was the placing of the matches, did they really need to put the WWE Championship in the middle of the show?

Not sure why they had 6 Diva tag, Lesnar/Orton, US Title match all after it as it kinda undermines the Championship.

US title made no sense you do the match on Raw but when it comes to a PPV the match doesnt even start?

Did Balor get Booed at Summerslam? I recall the fans booing the Championship but Balor didnt get a good reaction like he would normally get.

It's far easier to watch. Being 2 hours helps no doubt.

I can't believe I'm saying this Smackdown was a better show than Raw this week I actually enjoyed it nearly everyone has a purpose or direction even Heath Slater then again I am beginning to like his promos I would have enjoyed it more had my Sky+ box not updated itself during the show now if you excuse me I'm gonna do something that AJ Styles normally does to John Cena and that's beat up my Sky+ box.

Apart from the very first week after the draft, Smackdown has been better every week tbh.

I just get the feeling that they arent really sure on the brand split and dont think itll last. If it fails its easier to merge the titles back into one by removing all the new titles. Perhaps keep the Universal title as some form of gimmick title (Fans decide the challenger, match type etc)

The issue they have with these titles is the holders arent draftable. It would be daft having the Smackdown womens title on Raw... leading it back to this split isnt going to last.

You have to remember that dave_windows watches wrestling through the eyes of a 12 year old.

Bret Hart spoke to WrestleZone's Nick Hausman about Finn Balor being injured by Seth Rollins at Summerslam and here is what Bret had to say:
