the WORST raw in HISTORY
Raw has been dying for over 2 years now and it needs putting down. The brand spilt has not worked and viewing figures are at record lows.

Least they put Lesnar/Orton 2 at a house show though in front of 3000 people...that will help

Dying since '99 yet you're still watching it? Come on.

I don't get why some people want it to be 'put down' or the WWE to fail. If you think it's terrible, I don't get why you seem to continue to put yourself through misery and boredom in watching it (it's not anywhere near as bad as some on here make out but that's my opinion). It's 2016, there's plenty of wrestling out there that's now accessible that isn't WWE.

I don't think it was anywhere near worse Raw ever not even worse this year I'd even say not the worse since the brand split.

The in ring stuff was pretty good and from a storyline POV we know where they are going even if for some of it it's a stupid decision (Cesaro and Sheamus going to win the tag titles)

It's habit to keep watching something you think has been dying for the past 17 years?

Never have and never will understand people consistently complaining about something and calling it terrible only to continue watching it. If I started watching a show and 6 episodes in or a season in I thought it was absolute rubbish, I'd stop watching it, I'd go out and find a different show to watch. There's no excuse today when wrestling from all over the world is so easily accessible.

That's just my view though. Raw/WWE put on some piss poor stuff at times, no doubt about it. This is far from me defending them. I'm saying that if I found it absolutely terrible, found it completely boring and decided to come onto a forum on a regular basis and tell the world how sh*t it was (and this is aimed at people who do this in general, not you), I'd have to question what on earth I was doing still watching it.

I wouldnt want WWE to fail. Last thing we d need is the Network to shut down after fans for years have wanted to see the classic stuff in good quality.

TBH I wasn't overly thrilled with this week's Smackdown although saying that I did enjoy that Miz/Ziggler promo I now cannot wait for their match at No Mercy. I've just watched Talking Smack on the WWE Network I'm not trying to sound like a pervert it might just be me but I was just distracted by how red Renees chest looked.

Over night ratings just don't matter as much these days. The nielson ratings in states aren't even accurate most of it is guess work. Even if you go by the ratings add the Tivo, DVR, Hulu, YouTube and other online media WWE get very good numbers. WWE made more money then ever over past 12 months, with network subs still on rise and selling tickets to events. Far from failing.

When will the people and WWE get it.. fans are tired of old recycled old ideas.

Trying to bring back the magic of yesteryear isn't going to work if you don't have the original players.

I debunked this idea a little bit earlier in this thread. At most, DVR is adding between 10-15% onto the viewership - at most. Shows like Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and even Big Bang Theory are drawing much higher live viewing figures with a similarly limited DVR uptake.

YouTube and social media is such a terrible indicator of the true popularity of a product.

All the Network has done is draw subscriptions from the hardcore fanbase. If you are the sort of person who orders every PPV, why wouldn't you have it? It makes solid financial sense.

There have been so many rehashes in recent times. A championship tournament at the Survivor Series, the championship being up for grabs in the Royal Rumble, The Authority, Corporate Kane, Brothers of Destruction, the McMahons at war with a wrestler, the McMahons at war with each other, the brand split, two world championships...The list goes on. Ambrose versus Rollins @ Hell in a Cell 2014 was a template ripoff of the first one in 1997 and Shane even did a safer version of the infamous Foley dive, complete with Cole unintentionally shown on camera trying to feign JR's legit fear. They even rehashed Titus O' Neil turning heel on Darren Young!

If anyone thinks the real life product is bad right now...well it is no where near how bad the WWE 2K17 game looks!

Skip to 1.47 in this video and then keep telling yourself that this is on the PS4..it honestly looks like a PS2/3 game at best.

If there is one storyline I was sick to bloody death of and that was Vince keeping recreating the montrel screwjob time and time again.

No clue what 2K are doing with it at the moment. The commentary and voice overs are some of the worst I've ever heard in a game (I'm talking on levels with ISS Pro 1, which was acceptable back then and at least hilarious). Some of the designs are piss poor too.

NBA 2K get's plenty of rave reviews so there's no real excuse why they can't improve the franchise. The gameplay last year was actually pretty good, they've still got to get the other things right though.

I'd be all for a ministry of darkness reform. With Undertaker as an authority figure, leading a revolt of mid carders, and perhaps even having a shock partner in Sting, against Vince/wwe screwing them out of there wrestlemania record/moment.

In the build up towards wrestlemania, leading to a match with sting and undertaker teaming up against HHH and a guy of Vinces choice.

Would never happen though as firstly the Undertaker HATES the Ministry and this part of his career so would refuse to be involved - he wont even allow videos of it shown if there are any videos made of him.

Plus, did Sting not retire because of medical reasons? Like the idea though - would be good if the Demon King was involved - possibly even as the leader...maybe even Kane! Could have him and Big show as a Zombie/Demon-like APA

The Undertaker hated the Ministry angle, which I assume is why it was never brought back in any capacity. Regardless, the WWE haven't been able to book or script a 8 month TV series type storyline properly in a long long time. Even the good ones (Nexus, Summer of Punk, Bryan vs The Authority) left a lot to be desired.

I'm kind of glad Undertaker and Sting never worked together in any capacity under the McMahon family of the 2010's.

It is pretty awesome but it's not perfectly glorious like Bobby Roode and Tye Dillinger.

Damn I hope he's ok and they catch whoever did it.

On why he's living in a trailer I doubt he made a lot of money in wrestling I'd guess hecwoild have had one of the lower end contracts and working backstage won't bring in all that much.

Surely it is more than enough to move on from a trailer park though? Unless he likes it there?
