If Goldberg really is coming back for a match with Brock then I'm guessing they will do it as Shane bringing him back for retaliation for summerslam although as others have said it would have made more sense to have him return at the end of the match with Orton, Hopefully they are not just bringing him back so he can lose to hunter at mania with another boring wcw vs wwe match

Meltzer says that Goldberg Ultimate Collection dvd they put out was the best selling one of the last few years apart from the Wrestlemanias.
I guess there are only limited numbers of people who can headline the Hall of Fame, ergo at some point he was always coming back.

Saw a bit of Smackdown on YouTube last night. I really think they ought to continue after the PPV with a lengthy John Cena vs Dean Ambrose rivalry. They can do AJ vs Orton for a while I guess too so that that feud can go ahead.
Add me to the colum that is not interested in a rematch between Goldberg and Brock, would the modern day audience even pop for Goldberg anymore, seeing as he has been away for so long, and a while new generation has grown up not having seen him in action live?

Especially when you consider other that most of the good ones are already in, Other than Kurt Angle who else has been built up well enough to go in, Other than Kurt Angle who was the last star WWE made (Legit star) who could go in? Cena? Orton? Taker? They all still compete and WWE don't often put active people in

Neither did a lot of people who are better than him Brock for one even Big Show is better than him.
The guy wasn't very good at all it's why he had squash matches.
Coming up through the indies or high spots has nothing to do with it Undertaker is my all time favourite wrestler he spent only a little time on the indies before WCW then WWE and never did high spots.
And there are indie high spot guys who I think are bad or overrated I think both Hardys are two of the most overrated guys in history.

Goldberg in WCW worked, as he had a set routine for his matches, and they hardly went over five minutes, it was simply get in, jackhammer, 1-2-3, no mic talk, see you next week.
It is when he had to envolve which is when he started having problems, and not being see as good as he was, as this was way out of his comfort zone.
That was over or about 20 years ago, just what exactly are we (or the WWE) expecting from him now?
For him to come in, and say "Brock, your next!!!!", and then???
Come match time, how much more different really is this match going to be from their diabolical Wrestlemania match?
Neither again have a reason to really go at it, and put on a show, certainly not Brock, he does the lowest amount of work that he can get the maximum amount of money for.

It'll be smoke and mirrors ahoy. If I was 49 year old Goldberg & I didn't really need this I'd be taking as little of Lesnar's offense as possible & I sure as shit wouldn't want his elbows anywhere near my head.
I think my ideal opponent for Goldberg would be Bray Wyatt. Wyatt could do most of the promo work then take the loss. Like usual. Goldberg looks dominant in front of his son, which I think is the main reason he said he wanted to return. While Wyatt has a high-profiled match, even though it results in a loss. Good thing it's not real, right?
But, again, I have no interest in seeing Goldberg return.

According to the latest WOR, WWE Network looking at 4 payment tiers. It's not set in stone to be happening, but it's close. Notes:
1. Free Tier: You can watch video clips and five hours a month of stuff from the WWE Network archives. Anything you want, but only five hours. You would also get access to the Network's 24/7 programmed stream, except with all the live PPVs, NXT and a new weekly Cruiserweight Classic show blacked out. The free plan would also have "plenty of commercials, commercials all over the place" to try and make money.
The idea of the Free Tier is just to get you the try before you buy the real network.
2. $4.99 tier: This would only be for phones and tablets. You get the video clips from the free tier and the "Big Four" WWE PPVs live (WrestleMania, Rumble, Summerslam and Survivor Series). You would get NXT, but not live. The full video archive with no viewing limits, and the 24/7 stream. You would not get the Cruiserweight Classic though and it's at this point that Dave mentions that WWE plans to do the Cruiserweight Classic as a regular weekly cruiserweight show show. $4.99 would have the same level of commercials Network subscribers see now.

I can't see it happening but if it did I would get the $14.99 option ( Which I guess will be £14.99)

WWE are surveying about these tiers currently. Considering a substantial percentage of the network subscribers are hardcore fans, I think they could get a lot of them to take the 14.99 tier.

This didn't really happen. He was over as hell in WCW, got hotshot to the title with no planning and then was booked way down the card as an afterthought to whatever Hogan and Nash etc. were doing. But he was having good longer matches, like his one with DDP. The issue is that WCW didn't make him the Steve Austin of their promotion, not that he couldn't work.

If the £14.99 or $14.99 tier could include other promotions such as TNA, ROH, Lucha Underground, and perhaps a fair few of the British promotions, then that would be great.
As having the ability to watch things all in one place, and it becoming a sort of general Wrestling Network, rather than a pure WWE Network, would be great, and make things far easier to access all round.

I am still waiting for them to match the HD quality of both Netflix and Amazon prime. Although the WWE Network is still loads better than the iPlayer which is truly shocking for a HD picture.
