Goldberg in WCW worked, as he had a set routine for his matches, and they hardly went over five minutes, it was simply get in, jackhammer, 1-2-3, no mic talk, see you next week.
It is when he had to envolve which is when he started having problems, and not being see as good as he was, as this was way out of his comfort zone.
That was over or about 20 years ago, just what exactly are we (or the WWE) expecting from him now?
For him to come in, and say "Brock, your next!!!!", and then???
Come match time, how much more different really is this match going to be from their diabolical Wrestlemania match?
Neither again have a reason to really go at it, and put on a show, certainly not Brock, he does the lowest amount of work that he can get the maximum amount of money for.
I just don't see quite how this could work in 2016, and I was a fan of both "back in the day", and this just shows how desperate WWE are, if they are willing to once again go back to the past, to try and engage with their fans.
Instead of doing rubbish like this, they should be putting their money and promotional time into the extraordinary talents already at their disposal.
