So they spend literally years, and in the process kill the Undertaker's legacy, building up Lesnar for THAT?
There's a reason why ratings are so low...

So Brock Lesnar, a UFC Heavyweight Champion who ended Undertakers streak, demolishes 15 time champion John Cena to win WWE WHC, has been build to be unstoppable and now loses to a person who has not wrestled for over 10 years in under 3 minutes?

Yeah, that makes total sense.

Has Vince had a stroke?

4/10, terrible booking tonight

No drama going into the men's SS match as Raw had already won overall

All that build up for the main event and it's only 2-3 minutes long

If I was in that crowd I would be asking for my money back
Well the Survivor Series Elimination Match they will mention of both shows will be the men's the other 2 will be quickly forgotten that was built as the important of one with consequences if they lost.

It's possible Goldberg only agreed if he got the win infront of his son, and he could only go a few minutes at his best never mind now, he had all the cards and Vince knew how much money he could make with the return through merch and ratings

Short term thinking has been the attitude for an extremely long time

Quick thoughts on tonight:

1) Women's: Good result, but Nia shouldn't have been eliminated. Good post match assault too.

2) IC: Good result, great ending. Very heelish, executed perfectly.

3) Tag team: Not bothered about the result. Decent match.

4) Cruiserweight: Surprising result, decent action but a crap ending.

5) Men's: Good result and good action.

6) Mega match: Great result, loved all 2 mins of it!

I've thought since the start there is no way Goldberg would agree to come back after 12 years away and lose.

Goldberg always cared about wins and loses Lesner would job to Ellsworth as long as he was paid.

I guess that makes sense. Doesn´t make it less bizarre.

I guess Brock has to win the Rumble now. And break the most eliminations record. And break the Rumble survivor record too.

Cause they have to do some serious repairing after this to make him feel like a big deal. Well, in my eyes at least.

For the record. i knew Goldberg was going to win (betting odds spoiled it), but in that fashion? And clean? Pfff.

I like it. Brock was at a point where he was more or less invincible and well don't know about others, but I was very tired of his Suplex City shtick. This adds at least some unpredictability to future Brock matches. Was a shock too and got everyone talking.

4/10 oh please that was a very good PPV.

Survivor Series 2016 was bizarre. And unpredictable. (If you don´t look at the odds that is)
At the moment i don´t know whether it was good or just alright. I´ll go with good, since there were good things in it.

Brock to screw Goldberg by getting him eliminated from the Rumble thus leading to a re-match at WM33 where Brock finally gets his win?

Vince has actually lost his mind. How many years have the spent building Lesnar up? He's absolutely decimated everyone on the roster. He's been completely untouchable. And do they use that to make someone a star?

No they let a 50 year old who hasn't wrestled in 10 years and will never be anything besides a part times squash him in 1 minute 20 seconds.

I can't believe I stayed up for that bollox.

Lesnar failed a drugs test with UFC and recklessly bust open Randy Orton hardway against orders.

This was clearly his penance + WWE deciding to do something totally unexpected to get people talking.

So the main event lasted 1 min 26 seconds...awesome. Vince has lost his mind, why not let them both go all out in a brutal war...oh wait you can't as Goldberg clearly is not fit and is sweating like mad just walking to the ring.

Not to bothered about Lesnar losing but you can't go building him up as they have done over the last 2 years only for him to lose in less than 2 minutes against a 50 year old man who has not wrestled in 12 years.

Also that is the last 2 big PPV's in a row (Summerslam and last night) where the main events have sucked.

One of the worst wrestling "matches" I've ever seen.

You thought the "finger of doom" was bad? this is a worse decision.. especially when you have spent the past 3 years building up Brock Lesnar, having him break The Stream of The Undertaker and basically making him the toughest guy in the company..

All for what? a cheap pop and 2 minutes of Goldberg nostalgia with a spear and jackhammer.. was it worth it.. REALLY!?

Yes, Vince has lost his mind and WWE is in the gutter. Sad dark days ahead..

Question, what happened to Mrs Cena??

Also did Shane get pinned as that whole situation was a tad bit confusing.

Shane was legit hurt.. Reigns botched (surprise surprise he is a terrible wrestler) the spear and really hurt Shane O'Mac.. as the son of Vince he was very quickly ushered out as the ref saw he was no position.. that is why you had no repeat of the referee count because Shane DID kick out by sheer will and wanting to continue, but he was in no position to continue.

Shane got a legit concussion it seems his "kick out" was more of a reaction due to that he didn't know what was happening for a few moments.

Ahh right thanks for the update on that, I hope that Shane is okay now.

Also was it just a way to get Nattie wrestling in Canada, the angle with Mrs Cena??

You can hardly blame Reigns or call it a botch, a move like that needs spot on timing and the guy taking the bump to know what he's doing

Looked to me that Shane was coming in too high and too straight, he was coming straight down and had to take a flat back bump, it's no wonder his head skelped the mat

Oh come on! Even Hugh Morrus lasted longer than Lesnar.

Probably the best way to do it, doing a 5 minute match with Goldberg now would clearly be asking for trouble.

Whether they should be booking a 49 year old who can't do anything except his finishing move in the main event is another matter, but hey, it never stopped Big Daddy.

Maybe Nikki was too concerned about her image and PPV/win-loss record so refused to compete.
