You can hardly blame Reigns or call it a botch, a move like that needs spot on timing and the guy taking the bump to know what he's doing
Looked to me that Shane was coming in too high and too straight, he was coming straight down and had to take a flat back bump, it's no wonder his head skelped the mat Still, Reign's does seem very clumsy and unsafe in the ring..

Maybe Nikki was too concerned about her image and PPV/win-loss record so refused to compete.

I think Shane was tired too, he basically did every high spot in his repertoire.. coast-to-coast, elbow through a table.. he was rolling back the clock over 10 years ago but his body can no longer go like that.. I think he probably pushed himself a little too much and paid the price. I don't think he will be on TV for awhile now..

So Brock Lesnar, a UFC Heavyweight Champion who ended Undertakers streak, demolishes 15 time champion John Cena to win WWE WHC, has been build to be unstoppable and now loses to a person who has not wrestled for over 10 years in under 3 minutes?
Yeah, that makes total sense. Has Vince had a stroke? I dont think they could have risked Goldberg taking multiple suplexes. Awesome result. |

Not gunna lie I actually really enjoyed seeing goldberg destroy brock so quickly.
Certainly makes WWE unpredictable now!! This was a win for WCW fans that had to watch their wrestlers get buried for over 15 years.... IM HAPPY Im guessing this truely is Goldberg's last match. |

Brock to screw Goldberg by getting him eliminated from the Rumble thus leading to a re-match at WM33 where Brock finally gets his win? |

Probably the best way to do it, doing a 5 minute match with Goldberg now would clearly be asking for trouble.
Whether they should be booking a 49 year old who can't do anything except his finishing move in the main event is another matter, but hey, it never stopped Big Daddy. ![]() |

Going into the Mega Match, I wanted to see more than a Suplexfest. While there were only two moves used in the match, one of which was a suplex, I was happy with the match.
It works well when the most a suplex is used for is a third of the match.

They shouldn't of put it as the main event, the crowd was dead after the amazing Classic Survivor Series match, so it would've made even more sense due to the finish to have it as the 2nd main event.

During the scare with Shane, Randy Orton went over to talk to Shane's son, Max, to tell him that Shane's going to be OK.

For all the stick he gets, fair play to Randy Orton for breaking character and checking in with Shane's family.

Looking back, that 4 from me was a bit harsh Now I've slept on it, maybe 6 or 6.5 and that's as high as I will goBut as far as this past weekend goes, NXT was MUCH better overall |

Rumours already are a Lesnar Goldberg rematch at Wrestlemania 33.
And as already said that he's already signed for a Royal Rumble appreance. |

And as already said that he's already signed for a Royal Rumble appreance. I was never all that thrilled with the first one. Goldberg doesnt need a Wrestlemania match either, if he was coming back after all this time they should have saved it for mania. I really dont see Owens/Lesnar as money making, alough I could see WWE going with Strowman/Lesnar. |

I loved the finish personally, and welcome an extended Goldberg run. Looking forward to his Rumble appearance already.

Why? Do we really need Goldberg/Lesnar part 3?

I really dont see Owens/Lesnar as money making, alough I could see WWE going with Strowman/Lesnar. The run was always likely to be extended. This first match was mainly to advertise the computer game so unless they delayed it until Wrestlemania his first match was always going to be around now |

Goldberg may well be getting lined up for a shock title win at wrestlemania imo, culminating in a showdown between brock and goldberg for the title at summerslam. Where Goldberg loses, with Brock laying him out, and showing everyone the beast who destroys all in his way is back.

Vince has actually lost his mind. How many years have the spent building Lesnar up? He's absolutely decimated everyone on the roster. He's been completely untouchable. And do they use that to make someone a star?
No they let a 50 year old who hasn't wrestled in 10 years and will never be anything besides a part times squash him in 1 minute 20 seconds. I can't believe I stayed up for that bollox. Age means nothing in the wrestling business, seeing as it is at its core a character-driven drama and not an actual athletic showcase, despite what the smarks want to believe. The pop for Goldberg was legit. People enjoyed seeing Lesnar get dominated and there wasn't really anyone on the active roster who could do that and make it even semi believable. Long-term there may be questions asked but it seems far more likely that this is part of a program that will see Lesnar finally get his win back at Wrestlemania, so fair enough in that case. |

Im still doubtful if Bill can go in a 10 - 15 minute match though and not be winded like Batista was. |

Given that the Cruiserweight Show WWE 205 will still be live after Smackdown I still think they will move sooner or later even if just to make it easier on WWE rather than the Wrestlers.
I think what may happen is due to how it ended Foley will give Kalisto another chance but only in exchange for another chance for Sami Zayn against Mizzen for the IC Championship due to that also having a screwy ending. |
