For 2018, the events would be switched so Judgement Day would move to second weekend in Feb, No Way Out would go to fourth weekend which means SD! Would get the sixth branded event of the year.
I know it won't work out like this for clarity but wanted to show it can work thanks to the brand split. The wait between PPV is short but thanks to the brands the amount of build for each brand shouldn't be impaacted that much.”

Second May becomes a gimmick event which alternates between Hell In A Cell, Elimination Chamber and No Way Out (which features Cage matches) with December alternating between TLC and Extreme Rules. So we only get 2 gimmicks a year and they alternate so the gimmicks don't get overused.
Said it before, ill say it again. Im bloody wasted here.”
Lol. You've put more thought into it than WWE has.
If the rumours are true and it's only Royal Rumble, WM, Summerslam and SS that will be dual branded, then you're looking at January, March, August and November with one PPV. Every other month has two shows with a total of 20 shows.
I imagine it would look something like this:
January: Royal Rumble (Dual)
February: No Way Out (Raw), Fast Lane (Smackdown)
March: Wrestlemania (Dual)
April: Backlash (Raw), Extreme Rules (Smackdown)
May: Payback (Raw), Judgment Day (Smackdown)
June: MITB (Raw), KOTR (Smackdown)
July: Fully Loaded (Raw), Battleground (Smackdown)
August: Summerslam (Dual)
September: Unforgiven (Raw), Vengeance (Smackdown)
October: HIAC (Raw), No Mercy (Smackdown)
November: S. Series (Dual)
December: TLC (Raw), Elimination Chamber (Smackdown)
I imagine WWE will keep many of the gimmick PPV's.
If WWE wants to keep MITB and not have it dual branded they could give it to Raw for example and Smackdown could have King of the Ring. Then both brands have a way for someone to earn a Number 1 contender slot.
I've put the classic PPV names in the months they used to be in (Backlash - April, Fully Loaded - July). WWE could obviously change it totally around.
This is just what I think WWE could likely do.
