There has only been 3 independence day episodes of Raw. 11 years ago (damn, to quote Ron Simmons) was the one where Shawn Michaels turned heel on Hulk Hogan. 5 years ago featured the aftermath of CM Punk's shoot promo.

Wonder if Mark Henry is booked in the big USA vs. the world tag team match and givensome sort of send-off. His contract is up any time now and after 20 years he deserves something like that.

I was there for that show, 4th row and about 5 seats in from the aisle just behind where Diana Hart-Smith was sitting, I went to Summerslam 92 but I always considered One Night Only the best wrestling show I've been to, probably because of my close proximity to the action.

On a side note, I had the honour of meeting "The Million Dollar Man" on Saturday at the WAW Taping event. I had almost forgotten what a unique character he was back in the day.

I could have met him last year at the Torbay Leisure Centre (practically a 2 minute walk from my holiday home in Paignton) the day after Halloween but I had to go back to Birmingham the night before for Cousin's 18th birthday fancy dress.
I think the tickets were only about a Tenner, there were other wrestlers there too but Dibiase was by far the biggest name at that show....it would have been cool I guess to have gone.
