The rules for the WWE Draft are as follows:

-Raw has the first overall pick
-Since SmackDown Live is a two-hour show and Raw is three hours, for every two picks SmackDown Live receives, Raw will receive three picks
-Tag teams count as one pick unless a Commissioner/General Manager specifically only wants one member of the team
-Six draft picks will be made off the NXT roster
-The list of current WWE Superstars eligible for the WWE Draft will be as follows:”

Well thats bollocks if you cant split tag teams up and Raw gets more picks because its 3 hours.

Thats hardly fair to call James a fool because he enjoys the games.

I wouldnt call WWE 13 the last decent game, you're forgetting 2K14 because aside from the 30 years of Wrestlemania mode it had a ton of stuff like create a belt, create a arena and other stuff and I dont think create a belt was in WWE 13.

You CAN split a tag team up and its just basic logic that a 3 hour show gets more picks than a 2 hour one.

The NxT picks will be very interesting, as you could make a case for about ten, maybe slightly more people in coming up your the main stage.

Agree about the graphics, they look slightly better than last gen but miles off other sports games that are around now. In fact the last 3 WWE games have hardly improved graphically at all

I'm not keen on the new generation of WWE Video Games. I got 2k16 for the PS4 and I really struggled to get invested in it. Fiddly controls that are a million miles away from the Smackdown games on the PS2. I did my create a wrestler thing and got to top of NXT rankings and sat top of there for 3 months and never got a title shot, just kept getting mid card matches on the Takeover shows.

The WWE games are a lot like the WWE product: Make it as cheaply as possible because the fans will buy it no matter how bad it is.

The 2K NBA games look stunning compared to the WWE releases. The truth is no company is ever gonna put the time or effort into any wrestling game. Even James said he's already pre ordered it which is no surprise for me but you think how many James there are out there, grown men and women that regardless of the content will pay £50 - £90 for a video game.

It's like the TV product, it's amazing to think of the number of people that literally will sit and watch it regardless of how terrible it is and when I look at things from that side I find it hard to really argue with WWE. Why would you put ANY effort in when you have millions of people throwing money at you regardless? It's easy money for them.

Why should Raw get more picks just because its an extra hour long? Doesnt really seem fair. Both brands should have the same amount of people on it, its not like they will use every person each week.

Yeah if you want to but they said tag teams count as one pick when they shouldnt. Yes the GM can choose if he wants to but tag teams generally should count for 2 picks. For argument sake one could choose Big Cass and have Enzo with him for one pick. But that would mean the other GM would be denied having the chance to pick Enzo.

The easiest controls to use were SVR 2010 given how they were. The only thing I have hated with the new game is the Submission and Pin controls and they probably did it this way because people cried about autofire pads being used.

Ryback really needs to get over his obsession with CM Punk. It's really petty and sad.

The answer is in the question, Because it is longer so more time to fill (This is using the logic of if it was real that you love so much) more time to fill = more wrestlers needed. Plus (Again playing along) Vince could just give them each a roster with no pics but he didn't he is allowing them to do a draft

Ummmm because its longer so will need more people to fill it. Its just common sense.

Lets be honest, nobody is picking Cass before Enzo.

Mate, it's not like it's a real competition. They're just having enough people to fill the time.

The rules of the draft are fine. What they need to do now is make sure Raw and Smackdown are distinct enough. They did achieve that back in 2002, but it been eroded within a year. Also, if they call up the current NXT Champions, it makes sense (to me) to turn them into world championships and continue their linage. It would be one hell of a main roster push for Joe, Asuka and The Revival.

There should be different ropes and sets from day one. Go for a complete rebrand of both shows.

Now would be a good opportunity to split the New Day because their act has run stale but they need to keep going further with the Wyatt stuff. Pity this feud didn't start two months ago.

I dont see how. When Raw went from 2 hours to 3 hours it wasent like their matches count jumped. You'll still get people on the roster who never or hardly ever get used on TV.

Id like to see it but it might work out too costly.

Personally Id love to See Smackdown every week with the Smackdown logo right across the ring mat.

Genuinely not sure if this is a serious question.
