I get that the Draft is tomorrow but let's not lose sight on the fact that Battleground is this Sunday if you asking me I think it would be crazy of WWE to have the WWE title change hands 6 days before a PPV.

I don't know what changes WWE will make to their shows but I don't think it will end up being something that will satisfy me or fans like me. I think for the past 8 years they have made Raw and PPVs PG they have tried to make the shows look like sport.

The white ropes.
The crowd in darkness.
Wrestlers having realistic sounding names.
Wrestlers wearing tights/pants and boots only and looking like a wrestler.

I'm more of a fan of characters and storylines and at the same time I don't like some of the wrestlers. I cringe when Bray Wyatt talks. I don't like Kevin Owens. I don't buy into many of the wrestlers. The show is basically the IWC's dream. It really is a dream show. It's full of matches and promos where the wrestlers talk about matches and talk about belts. The whole thing revolves around the matches. They've shown no signs of changing that at all. I think the draft will happen tomorrow and the shows will be the same, just matches and wrestlers talking about matches. I think a real change has to be made at some point but maybe John Cena had a point when he said them going into China and other territories they had to cut back on the promos and drama and focus on just the inring action as that can be understood by everyone without saying a word. Maybe they do have a point.

And of course I'll be told I'm wrong but the Disco Inferno said something interesting on Friday when he was talking about Eric Bischoff on JRs podcast and how Steve Austin has been critical of WWE and the whole Russo and Cornette issues and the things Shawn Michaels said about how what he did was wrestling and what WWE do now is not wrestling. All these people who don't all get along, some have very personal issues, they all have problems but yet they all agree that something needs to be done in the wrestling business, they all seem to agree that what's on TV now isn't wrestling, it's just not professional wrestling. And i wish more people online would listen to those people and people like myself and realise that there's enough people outside the business (like me) and some pretty big names there that I mentioned that all seem to have the same feeling, the same way of thinking. Not everyone is gonna agree but it's worrying that so many big names from wrestling think the way I do and can see the same things I can see. I'd even bring others into it, I'd mention Bret Hart and his comments about the business for definate too.

It seems like a lot of the really big names in wrestling, whether they wrestled in the business, worked in the office or helped book it, a lot of these people seem to think the same way and Russo hit the nail on the head, everyone that can make a difference in wrestling is outside the business. Not one of them is employed by a major wrestling company. They don't have Bret Hart teaching the wrestlers to wrestle at the Performance Centre, they don't have Shawn teaching them to wrestle, they don't have Steve there teaching them to wrestle, they don't give promo classes. They wont let Jim Ross, the best announcer in the business at ringside to call the matches, they wont let Russo or Bischoff in the company to give advice or input. Everyone that could either teach those young men and women how to really work and give the company some fresh ideas is out the door. Kept at arms length and you've got 30 writers there, Jamie Noble teaching people to wrestle, even Ric Flair, how can you not have Ric Flair teach those men and women to talk? Everyone that could make a real difference is out the door, not under contract and if they are it's a Legends deal which means they wont have any say in what happens on the show or the Performance Centre.

That's why I hope WWE surprises me. Next week will be exactly 8 years since Raw and PPVs went PG and they decided to make Raw a clean wrestling show. I hope next week they surprise me and many others and try and do something different.

So to try and inject a little bit of life here, here's a talking point. If you could make your top picks for tomorrow's draft, what would they be? Let's say 8 men, 4 women, 3 from NXT GM and your announce team. Two currently injured stars and you can also use women for your NXT picks.

GM

Renee
Graves

Men
Styles
Rollins
Gallows
Anderson
Owens
Miz
Kalisto
Zayn

Women
Charlotte
Nattie
Becky
Sasha

NXT

Tyson Kidd (If any chance of coming back, if not Neville)

I'd be interested to go through the names of those still alive who continue to wrestle (Sabu, Chavo for example) despite now knowing the risk.

axl rottens estate though, he never wrestled for them and even if he did step into the ring on a wwe show, it was for him to swing a chair and that was it.

From a quick search, at least five of those names (Chavo Guerrero, Shane Douglas, Rodney Mack, The Warlord and The Barbarian) have worked matches in 2016. How can they seriously argue what they are when they know the risks and continue to wrestle (in the case of Guerrero and Douglas up to a month ago)?

Excited for Cruiserweights to be back! I hope that the Woman's Championship won't be going to Smackdown... would be a backward step for the division.
