Just because its on now, did many others watch the CWC?
Some good matches. Ibushi was the best on the night for me. Ho Ho Lun and Sean Maluta also impressed. Move of the night had to go to Gran Metalik though with his second rope somersault. |

In case you didn't know, the Network is running Draft Central throughout Smackdown with interviews.

ESPN/LA times on twitter reports Lesnar failed for estrogen blocker Clomiphene, which stops you growing breasts when you're on/coming off steroids.

Good morning those sticking around for The Draft and the extra draft after Smackdown
Should be a good show, and I am personally hoping Bayley and one from Asuka or Nia Jax comes up from NXT |

You would have thought that whole finish was to set up the second world championship WWE seemingly wants to introduce.
But they're wrestling again tonight so who knows how that ends up, and of course there's the triple threat match at Battleground, |

Do we have a new arena for Smackdown?
First time I'm looking forward to WWE for quite a while! (Surely Banks' mystery partner is going to be Bailey??) |

Not a bad point there from Lita that although SD gets less picks, if they drafted New Day and Wyatt Family they get 6/7 wrestlers for the price of 2.

I think if those are the first 5 picks the casual audience will just change the channel right after it and never return lol.
Who would you have as the first five, preferably without the spiel about wrestlers not looking like wrestlers. |

According to Jericho's book when Cena was drafted that look of surprise was genuine as in real life nobody was told (Except Cena of course)

Okay lets pander for a second...
Who would you have as the first five, preferably without the spiel about wrestlers not looking like wrestlers. I can tell you 100% that if Smackdown starts tonight and John Cena/Roman Reigns/Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins are drafted within the first 20 minutes of the show, the casual audience will change the channel cause those are the stars of the show. Once they're on that's it. It's like the McMahons or the Undertaker or when Rock comes back. Once those 15 minutes are over, that's it, you've seen them, you wont see them again that night. And no most of the roster doesn't look like wrestlers. They look like regular people. That's why ratings are so low and live attendances are so low. People in their millions aren't gonna sit and watch regular people on TV pretend to fight nor are millions gonna pay to sit and watch it. I'd pay money to see Jack Nicholson in another movie. I'll go see Star Trek on Friday. I'll pay money to watch STARS. People that LOOK and ACT like STARS. Not regular people. |

Jim Ross.
Steve Austin. Vince Russo. Eric Bischoff. Shawn Michaels. Every single one of them agree that wrestling today is not pro wrestling. Are you saying that not only am I wrong but those people are wrong? They're all wrong too? You know what that tells me and them? You're too young. You're not old enough to have lived through 1980s wrestling and beyond. You've never seen wrestling at it's best. You've never wrestling that good before. All you've seen is WWE, current WWE, regular guys and fat guys and little tiny guys in masks. That's it. You've not seen real wrestling stars. Wrestlers that knew how to work and sell and couldn't walk through an airport on their own. That's what being over is. Being over is not being able to walk through an airport or walk down the street without people knowing you. Not clowns like the New Day and Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens. |

Morning all...
As promised I have the wine ready.. Any mention of "Smackdown LIVE", a match being a first or final opportunity / match, any yes chant or mention of the previous draft will be met with a drink.... If Eva Marie is in the top 20 picks I'm running around my hometown naked in celebration after downing the bottle |

Think Owens and Zayn should be on different shows.
They've had a great feud but need to move on to bigger and better things. |
