I doubt it

The restraining order restricts things somewhat

Didn't Steven look hot?! Him and Andy were in the restaurant at the same time. It's a shame that Andy didn't come round and tongue him.

Rubbish episode.

Donna and Roxy ironically was the best bit for me.

Ian needs to take a break in a police cell
Jane needs to take a break in hospital
Bobby needs to take a break in a detention centre
Steven can stay and manipulate Kathy

This is where they need a 6 months later... so we can eradicate this nonsense from our brains

If Ross isn't even gonna be there it wouldn't matter if he's filming. Still think it's wrong that's he's not there .

Best part of the episode; Steven. Great scenes with him in the kitchen wanting to help, meeting Kyle and his scene with Ian

I didn't find the episode as bad as many on here clearly did. It wasn't one of it's best but it can't be brilliant all the time, the money's not there for that.

I judge the filler type episodes by whether there is story progression and the standard of acting and I don't think tonight was bad at all. The stuff concerning the Beales was good for me particularly the scene in the restaurant kitchen with Stephen/Kyle and Stephen/Ian. Unlike many on here I really like Donna and am interested in where they will go with this baby stuff and where they will take Claudette. (I initially thought Claudette could have been a fantastic character but I'm not entirely sure where they could take the character after all the revelations tbh)

Seeing Lynda Baron on screen will always be a good thing.

7.5/10 for me decent enough considering the drama we've had over the past six weeks. If you are all bored by that episode I suggest you get a DVD box-set and give it a miss in future because it could have been far worse. ( The mind wanders back to the Moon brothers who were to be the next Phil and Grant )

Ian trying to get Bobby back home, a kid he obviously and understandably can't stand the sight of, just to get Jane back. *shakes head* The kid is where he belongs.

Abi changing her mind about helping Max. Hmm...

Nice to see Donna and Vincent getting on again.
Spoiler

Roxy and Donna working together is random, but could be fun!

Ummm, is it wise for you to be driving Ian?

Why does Jane want to bail out?
No longer has Bobby

Now funnily enough, Ian selling the restaurant hasn't worked out well if people are boycotting his business.
His posh restaurant now sells all sorts of burger

Is Bobby receiving psychiatric help while in a correction facility? There's no point of keeping him locked up without helping him about his outbursts.
He only needs help if you intend to release him.

I don't get why their marriage is over
No Bobby

So Richie will defend a deranged little killer who's confessed to the crime, but wouldn't defend Jay because he was considered a paedophile and didn't want to tarnish her reputation?
A reputation as Walford's most bent

I thought Steven was gay
He is gay but can be straight when necessary

Why's it taking so long to bury Peggy?
2-3 weeks is normal these days

Random observations from me....

Bobby to Ian "Mum wouldn't have forgotten to pack them" well you shouldn't have lamped your mum half to death then should you, you little ****

Good to see the usual soap "I really need to hire someone" "hey, I happen to need a job!" stuff! Also the fact everyone goes to the caf for lunch (and leaves their food constantly due to the conversation or something else) and The Vic like they're all rich.

Ian turning round at home and Masood being randomly stood there like he just appeared magically amused me.

Carmel's ass....wow.

Missed some characters that I like most. I'm a big fan of The Carters, Mick especially (although they need to kill off that witch Babe) and Martin quite amuses me. Phil is always good and I have to say that the current Ben has turned that character around. I hated every other person in the role but this guy really does well and makes him likeable.

Sudden death would mean a post mortem then an inquest to decide if suicide or not and police inquiries as to if any one helped her

There's a fine line between parental support and sticking your head up your own arse and refusing to accept there's a problem. Never mind Max rotting away for something he didn't do, never mind the fact that Jane may never walk again. Nah, it's all about protecting Bobby, innit?

You genuinely believe that nonsense?

Are you kidding me ? Did I at any stage say I wouldnt support them ? But burying your head in the sand and ignoring what they did is doing them no favour at all . So dont pity my kids , My kids are deeply loved and supported but if one ever battered someone over the head with a cricket bat I wouldnt be asking to have them home for a cuddle .I would be asking for professional help and THEN support them through that therapy .
Ignoring or supporting bad behaviour is why kids go off the rail .

Haha had to laugh at the comment on supporting kids myself.

"He's just a spirited boy officer, you know what kids can be like!"
