If Jeff is such a fantastic actor why didn't he get any work when he left ED and had to return? He's probably the best male actor in ED but in the big world of acting that counts for next to nothing.

I wouldn't say the best in Emmerdale, Danny Miller, Michael Parr, Ryan Hawley and John Middleton are pretty good aswell.

Cain is a great character played well by Geoff Hordley. I like him with Moira, and how his relationship with her and her family has changed him for the better. The character has depth. He works very well with the Dingle clan and he's very well integrated into the village too. I hope that he sticks with Moira and that he's not lured from the straight and narrow by that Dingle siren, Charity.

Danny Miller is another ED actor who tried and failed to make it away from ED and ended going back. Ryan Hawley is painfully wooden when trying to express emotion. He is consistently acted off the screen by the modestly talented Danny Miller. John Middleton is OK and he might be one who gets some decent supporting role work when he leaves ED. The good Corrie and Enders actors do well when they leave their soaps so there is no predudice towards soap actors. ED actors struggle because they just aren't that good.

Agreed, fed up of Cain and everyone being scared of him, in the real world Ross would batter Cain as after all he is a bare knuckle fighter but as soon as Cain comes onto the scene he is like a scared little school boy. In EastEnders they are at least trying to show that Phil is losing it with his alcoholism and he isn't the hard man he use to be but Cain seems more and more invincible, also the way Cain beat up that henchmen the other week when he was protecting Holly was pathetic the bloke would of destroyed Cain.

Not many Enders or Corrie get success, I think the longer you're in a soap the harder it is to get work after because there is some prejudice ahpgainst them and also a lot of them aren't very good

He still treats dull but harmless Dan like crap, regardless.
