Croatia playing very well, looks like the first comfortable win of the competition!

Trouble for the Croatia fans with these flares.

Shame as their team has been excellent.

Probably a scouser who started the crowdfunding shit, some probably find it amusing.

Hope Pep gets into him and he makes a lot of people look silly next season.

'Pathetic' is the word you're looking for. Yes, drop the lad, but don't humiliate him. What's that going to do for confidence? The rest of the squad will be afraid to put a foot wrong for the rest of the tournament in case they get the same treatment, and we'll end up with the same old dull, plodding football that we used to play. I like the fact that this squad has a bit of confidence, let's not ruin it already.
He's greedy and a average footballer he gets what is coming if you ask me.

I'm also a Liverpool fan but I don't subscribe to this for a number of reasons...

His family and agent had a lot to do with influencing him in making the move to City and, let's not forget, he's just a kid in footballing terms. It's his end product that's average and the rest of his game has suffered due to a dip in confidence. In years to come he'll probably voice regrets over the way his move to City was forced but I'm not prepared to condemn the player for it now as, like you, I don't know all the facts. I bet you wouldn't hold such an opinion if a player had joined us under the same circumstances.

Sterling's not played well overall but singling him out in a team that currently tops the group seems a bit mad. I know England needs a scapegoat because it's easy, but we usually wait for elimination.

Sterling and Kane so far have been our most disappointing players, and it would be very unfair on the players that have come in and done well, such as Vardy and Sturridge to see either playing instead of them.

Being honest, neither can I, but if their fans stop or hault their next match in a similar fashion, then UEFA must have to act, and do something rather just a puny meaningless fine.

This might be controversial but I'd like to hold one of Vardy or Sturrudge back as a gamechanger should one be required. Replace Sterling with one of them but start Kane.

'Very unfair' is overdoing it quite a bit. I can't see Sterling starting next game though, which should cheer you up.

Sterling has had some use but Kane has been awful. A lot of the play was meant to be channeled through Harry Kane and he just didn't perform.

I reckon Roy should let Sterling keep his place and start Sturridge instead of Kane. Then bring Vardy on as a supersub as and when is necessary.

Ali has been almost as poor as Kane and Sterling.

It's been a bit boring today without the three matches to watch. I've had to force myself to catch up on odd jobs around the place.

What use has Sterling been when you say he has "had some use"??
Why should he keep his place and Kane not, as both have been very poor so far, and do not deserve to be rewarded for their poor performances.

Hey, I just want to see us do well, and play well no matter who is playing for us.

Just noticed that the BBC website is wrong, Lawrenson saying Ukraine will finish ahead of Northern Ireland but that is impossible

Because they play different roles for one so there's a little more thought applied than 'play poor, out of team'
