Cant find a receipe for cheese balls.
The other day on FB/YouTube cant remember which....I found a recipe for Cheese Balls so thought Id try making them
![]() Being at that funny age lol...I never gave it a thought to save the recipe. All I can remember of the ingredients are 500g ?? Parmesan Cheese, buffalo mozzarella...grated cheese ( yes I know lot of cheese )...the usual flour..egg..breadcrumbs ...then deep fry them. Im sure there was something else but cant for the life remember what it was. I went back and looked in my history see if it was there but Id done a system restore so it was cleared. When I go on youtube there's a tab down at the bottom of the page that says history. It shows all the videos you have previously watched. See if you can find it on there.

(and that's not me volunteering) But guessing there might be some seasoning left out. Or mebbe some finely chopped onion, pepper, jalapenos or whatever takes your fancy. Rest looks plausible for coating them prior to frying. The mozzarella's always handy for pizzas or lasagnes as well, so nowt wasted. |
