The list does not include those who have only served guest judges such as Alexandra Burke, Paula Abdul and Geri Halliwell, nor does it include Brian Freedman who was replaced by Louis Walsh in the early stages series 4.

Torn between Sharon and Cheryl. Both have had good and bad years.

Simon / Kelly / Nicole / Nick

Simon will be the straight-to-the-point one.
Kelly will be the sassy, OTT one.
Nicole will be the cute, ditzy one.
Nick will be 100x better than either Gary or Louis.

Well just working with past judges it would be Simon, Cheryl, Nicole and Kelly, only reason I choose the 3 females as the male judges have all been useless.

Sharon, Dannii, Kelly and Tulisa for the drama. Better yet, expand it to a 6 person panel and add Nicole and Cheryl.
