Since when was his task "to create paranoia"? He was explicitly told NOT to do anything of the sort, and to pretend as though he was a genuine new housemate who hadn't seen anything.

Exactly and as for the HMs walking away together the seed has only just been planted but will grow quickly in that environment.

Mind he seems to be bessie mates with everyone now

He wasn't *just* told to do that to be fair. He has to manipulate as well.

Emma said that was their task. However, I agree she did also say that they were supposed to act like new HMs though I assume that was just in order to keep 'the others' a secret.

I hated the way the housemates ignored him and stuck their fingers in their ears and wrapped their arms around each other. Fine don't believe him, but this insincere team thing they have going on seemed really childish and turned me off them.

What a couple of numpties. They've both come in and immediately isolated themselves. (facepalm)

The fish faced drama queen just attacks one of their mates that they've formed bonds with, and the "genius" tells them that "after voting" they're kissing up to each other...

When they know full well they haven't even voted (something Andrew has not factored into his big brain...)

I must have missed when she said that then, though I can believe that she did. Having said that, I don't think it's an "official task" in any way - sounds more like when they send someone in and say "ooh are you gonna stir things up in there, what are you going to do!?". I think the main idea was for them to act oblivious, and they failed within a minute. Emma spoke about it on BOTS and basically admitted it was a huge cockup because they just revealed it all straight away

That's exactly what I thought he was saying, that he'd been watching it at home - not in a separate house. Still a stupid move though.

The other house being a secret was blown earlier than tonight - if not by Ryan screaming like a banshee with Natalie the other day.

When Jackson and Alex were told they were evicted, several of the other housemates said they would probably be going into the other house. It was hardly as if they didn't at least, if not know for sure, suspect there were other people in another house.

He said 8 of them were the biggest snakes in BB history for saying to someone that they were sad they'd been evicted after they'd voted for them.

It doesn't even make any sense.

Yes it is a bit of an open secret now but that is the only reason I can assume Emma told them to act like new HMs that didn't know anything. There was a chance if it had been played better by BB as well as Andrew and Ryan that the main house could have been terrorised and forced to forget about the possibility of another house.

Yes, the should have prepared the Others better - sent them for a visit to the DR before they entered the house. If they had threatened them with making the eviction real if they spilled, they may have been a little bit more careful!

That was the fatal flaw in his "plan"
The others have assumed that BB are making the main HM's vote but are discounting their votes and replacing them with who the others are choosing.

But as they all know they have not voted they know straight away he is lying with intent to turn them against each other.

I will be very surprised if they can persuade anyone to vote for who they want.

Don't they take quite long to make their moves in chess? Andrew looked lost that whole time from the moment he was removed from the others house to the main house, he couldn't come up with anything better than that (although going in with gobshite puts him at an immediate disadvantage)

What a nincmpoop!

I thought Andrew was switched on & playing a strategic game, but it looks like he is no better than the others.

Hahaha what a dunce, that totally backfired on him and the way he was blushing after they all walked away from him shows he knew it.

Major backfire, losing 4 carefully selected main housemates because neither of these 2 have the subtlety or patience to wait more than 3 minutes to start 'manipulating' - what a joke. A waste of production effort, time and money
