Me too, he seemed more concerned with giving 'god aren't they useless?' significant looks to his boss than actually helping anyone get the job done.
JC's sous chef seemed to be dashing around everywhere at high speed. I suppose he's used to catching the flying cutlery in the kitchen.

His name is Adam Gray,
Adam attended the cooking course at Northampton College between 1986-88 for a City & Guilds qualification. Worked for Raymond Blanc and was Gary Rhodes Head Chef at Rhodes City restaurant before becoming Executive Chef at Rhodes 24 (Gary's latest restaurant) in the old Nat West Tower building in London (I think it's now called Tower 42)
JC's seemed much friendlier.
