Tonights show. An absolute MESS!

Seriously it wasn't that much of a hard twist to execute .
Firstly WHY the F are the housemates still hearing the crowd ?? I thought part of new set was going to ensure Emma would go inside to speak to the house. The booes cheers were completely out of sync with who got evicted! It completely gives the game away.
Also why on EARTH were they evicted in pairs with Ryan and Andrew flung into the house together . it really is just absolutely absurd.
Why did they need to talk to Emma ?? Surely theres another way of explaining what's going on , the only time housemates should get contact with Emma is upon a PROPER eviction .
All this is so basic and easy to execute WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE PRODUCERS??? I don't get it .
This entire series is destined to be an absolute shambles.

I just think the problem with all the points you mentioned was the outside contact. Both swaps should just have taken place via the corridor connecting the houses.

That was done fairly well I thought. For the current standards of production anyway
Though a multiple evicition using vote to evict is never a good idea no matter how it's done. Remember bb11

Good idea, executed terribly. As I mentioned in another thread, it's their own fault for evicting them and having Emma explain what is going on. They were distracted and weren't listening and now they need to go back to the drawing board on day 4!

It would have been better if all this was done in the diary room.

That's exactly what I said to my husband -- that it should have happened in the corridor, a) So they'd listen more, and b) So they wouldn't know they were already so popular with the public.

I know a lot of people on here like her, but I think Emma is a TERRIBLE presenter. She did an awful job last night of getting their attention and explaining what was going on. She seemed as though she didn't have a clue herself.

Also, re Andrew and Ryan going in, they should have used an ad break to really make them understand that they HAVE TO DO THEIR VERY BEST to act as if they've entered the house as real HMs, and by that I mean, act really friggin' excited and exhausted from the crowd, JUST LIKE every single one of the real HMs did. But no, what do they do? Wander down the stairs like they couldn't give a F. And Ryan *head in hands* RYAN FFS WHATEVER U DO, don't make it obvious you know that Sam has talked sh.. about you! I said that even though they're exes, if you saw someone you knew in the BB house, your first reaction would be excitement! Not bitchiness straight off the bat as if, oh I dunno, you'd heard they'd talked smack about you.

I think I'm expecting far too much of these idiots tbh

At this point the 2 house idea seems to be pretty pointless , everyone knows whats going on. Its like playing cards where everyone can see everyone elses cards - their is zero subtifuge = pointless.

Scrap the Other house already and just put them all in the main house and sit back and watch, the last bit seems to be something the producers can not fathom.

Rylan on BOTS asked Emma how she thought the evening had gone.

Her reply was...'Shit Bollocks'

Just about sums it up..

As someone has pointed out the Hms know about the other house and there is also 18 screens in the main house http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=2155409, so they are more than aware that others will be arriving . This fight for Hm status is a joke , what if the two in the main house fail this mission are they evicted back to the other house? what have the two new others have to do to get back to the main house and where does that leave the original others?
The houses need to be merged and lets get on with the show and not this revolving door fiasco we seem to have between the two houses.

It seemed a good idea on paper but it has been executed very badly big brother didnt even seem to bother to to make sure it was going ok. From the 18 video screens in the main house to allowing the others to be in the garden at the same time as the main hm's to the total chaos last night. In the live feed last night i cant remember who said that they had heard ryan and natalie arguing so knew they were there

I rewatched it this morning. It was an absolute shambles. Nobody had any idea what was going on. It was such a complicated way to switch two sets of HM from one house to another. Having said that,it was so bad it was good. I laughed from beginning to end.

The house design doesn't work having two houses, especially not one that is secret from the other. The staircase should be enclosed with a corridor linking to the second house (a la the house next door in BB7 and the BB5 bed sit). The housemate's leaving and going down to Emma and then going back up and into the other house was silly enough, but then making the Other housemate's go down and do the same before entering the main house was so time consuming.

It would have been better to have Alex and Jackson enter the eviction stairs corridor, where a member of staff took them to the Diary Room to have everything explained properly. And then the Others could have done the same. It was painstakingly drawn out and killed the twist dead.
