Well I suppose there's a vague possibility she was a stranger asking to have her photo taken with the dashing lad about town
son of a famous chef, but then again it may just be that they hang in the same circles.I'm surprised there aren't more who know each other, at least facially. Obviously there are a few who know each other a lot more, as that's the theme!
It did make me wonder, for one wild minute, if she wasn't his fiancee, but I imagine BB wouldn't be able to resist revealing that little secret to the audience.

So... they're just faking all of this annoying yuckness. To what end. Weird.
I'd love a twist where anyone who got into a showmance was evicted. I'm already past worn out with Marco/Laura and Jackson/Georgina and it's barely progressed.

I'm hugely disappointed in this years line up, I think it's becoming more & more obvious that it's now not a case of the auditioning process. For most of them in there this year they all seem to have contacts, know each other, or have been on other TV shows. Perhaps it is just a coincidence that they are all desperate wannabe Z lister Celebs that they apply for any reality/talent show, but I somehow doubt it!
It's defo more a case of not what you know, but who you know!

I think you're right. I'd say very few auditioned in the traditional sense, if any. Possibly some in the other house but I'd say they get HMS largely from troughing through social media and trashy Daily Mail 'showbiz' articles and z list'talent' agencies rather than depend on auditions.
There's no way all those people who have histories together just coincidentally auditioned. I wonder if they have any auditions at all these days?
It's quite obvious they concocted the plan to start a showmance in the house before they even got in there.

On live feed on launch night the housemates were talking about the audition process - some of them (Evelyn for example) mentioned they had auditioned and that it had been a hard process, others mentioned that they hadn't.

I saw it more as her interest grew when he mentioned the huge amount of money he'd spent on that trip (his father mentioned it to him, so seemingly paid the bill), this being an indication that he has access to a lot of disposable income and a fairly 'open' lifestyle with a lot of freedom to do as he likes.
