Exactly. It was obvious they knew each other before - and no-one's THAT desperate for airtime, in the first few days. They probably were going to wait and play out their showmance but with her being nominated it hurried things along and why it all looked so 'insane'.

Makes no odds to me though - even if it wasn't quite so planned it's no more believable or palatable. The pair of them are missing something, something that's been replaced by an overwhelming need to media whore.

Not that I'm necessarily saying he should be kicked out as some are saying, but it seems like he's as safe as houses in there and is going to get off very lightly compared to other housemates. It's also worth thinking about him possibly having his story laid out and he quite probably is a 'chosen one'.
When I say chosen one it doesn't mean that I'm saying it's fixed for him to win. That's not necessarily the same thing as what people tend to think it means. I just mean he'll probably be heavily favoured because of who he is and his connections.

I feel quite reassured that people on here seem to be not affording him special privileges just because of who he is and are coming down on him like a ton of bricks for making boasts of how rich he is, who he is, and insist that bragging about how rich he is and who he is is not enough to earn him their favour.
People appear to acknowledge how conceited he is and are very critical of that.
