The housemates know they can do what they want without fear of serious consequences
It's been happening for years now, as BB have just become total pushovers and they don't help matters when they bend their own rules at will to force the drama these days
But then again BB have the convenient excuse of "BB can (or more like will) change the rules at any time" but that doesn't give them the right to break their own rules just because they want ratings and contrived drama
