From what i've seen of her 'fanbase' on twitter, a great many of them are single mums who are angry at the world for the way their lives have turned out and at the men they view as having screwed them over. They see SaD as one of their own, a soon to be single mum, screwed by LB. Seeing her drinking (again) whilst pregnant goes against the praise they have heaped on her for being strong and independent. She has spent the past week spouting crap about how she's going to be an amazing mom, an amzing mum would not act in this manner. And if it turns out the pregnancy IS a sham, they'll be after blood.

SAD keeps saying "I'll be the best mummy ever" but she doesn't seem to have grasped even the most basics of being pregnant ....its certainly not about buying stuff
Its about nurturing the innocent baby and giving him/her the very best possible opportunity to be healthy.
Whether she was necking alcohol (which we all know is not good for a growing baby) or non alcoholic beer which is full of chemicals and sugar she was clearly not "putting baby first" last night ...
