With all the drinking she did in the first trimester, we have proof from all the pics she posted on IG with going out drinking and all that. And she stated JIM didn't attend any scans in May, her wall must be full of scan pics

Can't be much wrong her and her mum have had their nails done tonight.

Snuggles, isn't that usually what two or more adults do?
I refuse to try and get inside her head, 'cos if I succeed I may never get out again.

Awww, Heather! I heard a weird rumour a long time ago, and have actually tried it too, and it bizarrely works! If you have a bad tummy bug, empty out the contents of a teabag, and try and swallow it down, iirc it was in a glass of lemonade for me but I'm sure that doesn't actually matter, but apparently it really DOES help sorely tums.

Honestly!! I absolutely promise this is true!! My dear old Dad got told it in an Indian restaurant.

Edit: I lie. He was told the hiccouphs cure in an Indian restaurant, which is to pour a glass of water, put a fork in it, turn it so the fork is facing against you, let the handle rest on your forehead and drink it down. It's never failed me yet.

He was actually told about the tea leaves by an Indian doctor after I was seriously ill and nearly hospitalised for not being able to stop vomiting, but the tea leaves thing stopped it. I don't know, my mum's full of tall tales but I think I remember it being true!

i warn you that I remember it being utterly, utterly revolting! But if Mr Nem ever gets desperate then it's worth a whirl, hope he feels better very soon

I think this might be the routine 12 week scan, maybe the other one was a private scan present for Father's Day. The first scan she mentioned I think was made up to get at JIM, it was too early for one imo.

If you have some bleeding (TMI for some, so sorry), then they can arrange an internal scan thingy, which will show the baby from as early as seven weeks in my experience. So I'm not saying it's impossible, but she does seem to have had an extraordinary amount of scans for a woman either still in her first trimester, or just into her second.

Gosh amighty , this thread is ever so educational .
We used to use loose tea when I stayed in Ireland . No tea bags , just bung a spoonful of tea leaves into the pot . The tea pot had a built in strainer but you always had little dregs . The kids hated it , called it having dirt in their tea cups . But it was great for reading the tea leaves . Drain the cup to the end , then turn it upside down on the saucer . Then turn it clockwise three times and turn it back up . Had many a laugh finding 'things' in the tea leaves . Hearts , birds, flowers, babies !
But they use tea bags now , no fun in that .
