To me, it looks like a very early pregnancy scan, I had a couple with my second and all you can see is the pregnancy sac, pretty much.

Um...the report says they 'obtained' the 'exclusive' image- but there's no 'source' making an appearance this time. They also go on to say that they wouldn't ordinarily be able to print such an image but the lady in question has been saying she is pregnant since May. Well that's alright then.... clearly they think that gives them carte blanche to print it. If it is her scan of course. Can't see any surname. Personally I do think it is hers but I'd like to know who gave them this 'exclusive'. IMO they're clearly trying to cover their back so would have to think it wasn't the mum herself who handed it over.

Guess they're feeling pretty pleased with themselves.

Anyone who is halfway knowledgeable using Photoshop could adapt that picture of a scan. It doesn't even give her full name only 'Stepha' that could be from anyone's scan.
I've seen various con merchants in the past conning the public but this family really takes the biscuit!
