It was all so very obvious, open and shut.

I am very close to a bench that's in the shade,,,,,,,,,so I walk towards it, .....Meanwhile some bloke i notice at bit of a distance appears to be walking towards the bench too, but i am very near it , i see he starts to walk quicker towards said bench as I get to it and sit down,. He then comes up to the bench and tells me rather angrily that he was walking towards the bench to sit in the shade , so can he sit down too.?

Well...........I wanted to sit on my own, its not a long bench, enough for maybe 3 at a squeeze, so NO bugger off, there's other benches in the shade,,, one further away but it is in the shade too. Awkward bugger, so he just sits down ignores me, and he's so sort of close and in my PERSONAL EFFING SPACE , i get up tutting and walk off.

Grrrr ,nothing's simple is it.

Cannot believe the possible amount of corruption that is going on in courts, its' a disgrace and he'll probably be safeguarded and have an easy jail sentence, out in three years, maddening!

No doubt a very comfortable retirement for Judge Masipa just like some of our own bankers and politicians who screwed up the country I hope they can all live with their consciences.

good behaviour etc, parole can be applied for after only serving 1/3 of the sentence in SA , although there's some Legal Professionals saying otherwise, it's bit confusing right now.
